Lsdbaby
I heard a rumor that there's a new law that was passed regarding anyone owning beach property having to provide a lifeguard (whether or not the beach property is developed or not). Anyone heard of or familiar with this law? Quote Link to comment

ylru
1) Courts have 30 days to render judgement on a case.2) The BJMP should have 1 day to carry out the execution of those convicted to death (after affirmation of the supreme court of course).3) The method for carrying out the death sentence should not be lethal injection. it should be public beheading, (mas mura ito kesa mga mahal na chemicals na ginagamit ngayon)4) Four convictions on any crime automatically sentences the criminal to death.5) Government officials convicted on graft and corruption of PHP 1 Million should be sentenced to death. tingnan ko lang kung di tumino ang mga pinoy. bro add ko sa no. 1 ... unknown identity ng judge sa hearing ng kaso... yung tipo bang ang itsura is parang nagugumpisal tayo sa pari... hindi nakikita kung sino yung judge.. naririnig lang nung judge. starslayer13
Revise the Lina Law. It contributes to the urban blight in Philippine cities. Amend the constitution regarding elective officials' qualifications. All prospective candidates should take the Civil Service Examination AND / OR the Foreign Service Officer Examination in a public place and with NO advisers or lifelines. I'm sick and tired of seeing clowns, psychos, and morons take public office. Increase the financial penalties and lengthen the jail time of every crime out there. Quote Link to comment

cool_as_ice
ban the gov't officials/employees and his/her relatives to be admitted on private hospitals and have them admitted only to government hospitals. As a government official they should support and promote government institutions (e.g. PGH, PMH etc. ) Quote Link to comment
mastertorero
1. banning gov't officials from putting their sorry-a*s names sa mga public vehicles, materials and equipments. ang police cars, POLICE lang dapat ang nakalagay, ang mga ambulance, AMBULANCE lang dapat. pati mga overpass dapat direction lang ang nakalagay, kaleche-lecheng tingnan mga pesteng pangalan ng sinong poncio pilato ilalagay eh hindi naman personal pera nila nagpagawa o ngpa-acquire non. 2. banning motorcycles sa major thoroughfares ng metropolis. kung i-allow man, dapat nasa right side lang sila dapat; kung may pumagitna man o tatakbo sa fast lane, legal na clang banggain o sagasaan. 3. tanggalin ang batas ng party-list system Quote Link to comment
hitman531ph
If a pedestrian is hit by any vehicle while crossing the street outside the designated pedestrian lane or crossing, the motorist has no obligation to pay for hospitalization and/or funeral of the jaywalker. If there is damage to the car as a result of hitting the jaywalker, the jaywalker is liable to pay for damage of the vehicle, without prejudice of filing a criminal case of reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property. If a pedestrian is hit by any vehicle within the designated pedestrian lane or crossing, all existing laws will apply to the motorist including reckless imprudence resulting in homicide or serious physical injuries. fortysixer
They should require the people living in the provinces some kind of a permit to enter Metro Manila.Metro Manila has become congested and crowded because of people going to Manila to look for a job, even without a place to stay. mamangkantutero
@fortysixer: If I'm not mistaken, that's how it works in some European countries. In particular, I'm thinking of Switzerland and Germany (in the city of Berlin, if I'm not mistaken). I think we can learn a thing or two from them Quote Link to comment

friedkamote
There should be stricter laws against political dynasties Quote Link to comment
mamangkantutero
this may not make sense to some of us, but there should really be such a law like this: there should be a law that allows for unrestricted, unlimited and unencumbered use of cryptography and steganography for noncommercial or personal reasons. same with the importation/export of cryptography. wizard23
The rental law is so one-sided. There should a law that is fair for everyone esp for the landlord. The law favors those people in debt. There should be a stricter law if those people with debts cannot pay. It's unfair to landlords, lessors and even lenders. Quote Link to comment

skitz
On party lists, before they are accredited by the COMELEC, they must first establish that they are indeed an ORGANIZATION representing the marginalized sector they are supposed to be representing. Kung merong competing organization, dapat mag-merge muna sila. Only one organization per sector. Hindi pwedeng more than 1 organization mag-re-represent ng mga BADING for example. Hindi dapat automatic ang NOMINEE. Dapat meron INTERNAL ELECTION to be supervised by the COMELEC within that organization on who shall be their nominee. Funding for this activity should be supplied by the applicant organization. Hopefully, tightening the standards for the party list system will prevent the Mikey Arroyos from abusing the system. Bonafide SECURITY GUARD BA YANG HINAYUPAK NA YAN?! I-no-nominate ba yan ng mga security guards? Quote Link to comment
