hehe.. oo nga eh, though na lock na naman ako ng 2 years sa GLOBE coz, I applied again for a new line and availed the k750i package. It's kust that wala na hassle mag apply sa ibang service providers coz my record na ako sa GLOBE. though, mahal pa din till now bill nila sa akin.

well i dropped my globe line after my two-yr contract expired.. although i waited 2 months for them to offer me anything (rewards! :blink: )

but when finally i told the CSR that i'm dropping my line.. bigla-bigla nilang sinabi na may P5k worth akong rewards!! :huh:

 

hello!! baket kaya sa SMART 2 months b4 mag-expire yung contract nag-ooffer na sila ng retention plan...

 

kaya sabi ko: GOODBYE GLOBE!! <_<

dre tibay mo! ano start ng GLobe number mo 917 500 ..hehehe :thumbsupsmiley: ayos yan ha! trying to get a 500 number sa globe pero mahal yung ibang number :lol:

 

suggestion ko lang sabi, if you can afford it, try to get higher plans para sulit mga calls nyo at di kayo lagi over sa payments, kung mag over konti lang. atchaka dami pa perks. dati kasi heavy user ako at maganda yung benefits ko sa work. upgrade ako ng plan, after 2 months they gave me sa N7650. bago pa nun yun 25K pa ..whahaha still using it right now. may konting hassel lang nga nung nag pa downgrade ako ng plan peo la naman ako binayaran extra :D :P try to study your consumption as basis for what plan you should get. :cool:

globe customer service sucks! stinks!

 

Yup, they do stink.

I've tried complaining once, and they said they have to verify with their technical and they will need around 7 days time.Then after several follow-ups and 3 weeks, their customer rep is still asking me the same stupid questions they been asking me since day 1. :angry:

GLOBE SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE COMPLAINTS....

 

these threads can adversely affect globe's image....

 

as long as the majority of users are dependent on their service & does not complain... image problems won't even have a dent on their income... besides subscribers in other telcos also have their share of unsavory customer service experiences... :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

It did put a dent in their income- as announced last month by Globe's president Gerry Ablaza. Their operations income went down a whopping 27-30% for the first quarter alone in comparison with the same quarter last year. While Globe's competitor- Smart announced an increase in their income vis-a-vis with same quarter comparison.

 

Mr. Ablaza was quoted as saying that they are in the process of creating a strategy of getting more low end users such as pre-paid users.

 

So much for their "platinum" subscribers!

ei guys, i just dropped my globe sim... (well, partly because my fone got lost... but i was planning on getting a smart line anyway, losing the fone just expedited it.. i did mourn over losing my T610 though...)

 

i got a sim-only plan with smart, 6-month contract, walang kasamang unit, just the sim, its an addict mobile sim... so far ayus naman, wala pa dead spots. hoping that the bills wont have hidden charges

 

good bye globe na talaga for me!
