[Why So Serious]

Sir/Ma'am.. may iko consult lang sana ako sa problem na every after meal hindi ko mapigilan na ma jebs ako.. it is a disorder or nakaka sanayan ko ng gawin 'to pagtapos kumain?.. pag tuloy nasa labas aside from office at nagkayayaan kumain, hindi na 'ko kumakain dahil nahihiya akong after meal.. magpoo poo nko.. saka hindi naman ako totally may lactose intolerance pero kadalasan pag may milk na kasama yung iniinom ko or kinakain aatak nko sa CR kaya hindi rin ako kumakain ng mga carbonara. :'(

 

Pagbuma byahe ng malayuan hindi na 'ko kumakain or umiinom ng tubig (iinom man pero konti lang) dahil sa baka ma jebs na naman ako.. ang ginagawa ko tuloy instead na gamot sa hilo, eh loperamide ang tinitira ko bago bumyahe tpos kahit hindi nko nagyo yosi eh yosi break na lang sa stop over para di maramdaman ang gutom... baka po may makatulong. Nagpunta ako sa isang spa.. there has been a extra service..

the problem is I went live sa girl. I am a newbie.. when the girl told me na ako lang daw ang live ehh naniwala naman ako.

Later nagkaron ako ng red spot sa may bandang puson ko. I was diagnose having a molesculum.. given a proper medicine bigla xang nawala.. Then after a 1 month nagkaron ako ng same redspot sa singit ko naman. then kumalat xa and bigla xang kumati ng sobra.. after few days tumigil ang pagkati nya tapos ngaun parang pasa na lang xa dahil sa pagkapula...

My question is: "is this a symptoms of a severe type like HIV?" dammmm I fear that my life will only last for a few years.

The presence of molluscum indicates the presence of severe infection. Pacheck up ka na asap, sir.

ung isang clinic na pinuntahan ko ehh they say na wala na ung mollus ko at ung allergy na naramdaman nagkaron ako ehh due to "hives".. may nakain daw ako, naalala ko kumain ako ng dinuguan.. tingin ko double dead at marumi ung mga sangkap..

But I want to have a hiv test para makasigurado...

 

ung regarding sa nakuha ko na std, ang sabi sakin sa clinic ehh it's a cylymdia ata ang pagkarinig ko..

binigyan ako ng doxicilin at ung isang gamot na acylcrir ata ung spelling..

gumana naman xa at nawala na ung clymdia ko.. then after nagkaron ako ng mollus dahil daw sa clymdia un..

binigyan ako ng gamot at ng ointment... nawala xa..

my problem ko naman ngaun is ung they said is "hives" namula xa na makati.. they nawala ngaun naman naging pasa ung pula..

 

My question is.. is that hives a std too???

will I have a family kahit nagkaron ako nito?

will I ever have a son/daughter? or I should accept that I can never have a family?

will I ever die soon? if yes, how many years do I have..

 

sometimes I want to hate my ex girlfriend.. I went to a spa to forget her, because she cheated on me..

You have multiple bacterial infection. The treatment given to you should have been to address all of your infections, not just one at a prescription. Your case is not difficult. But i suggest you consult an infectious disease doctor, not a general practitioner (no offense to GPs here).

 

If you want, there is very cheap HIV testing in RITM. You'll just have to give them your real name. But they do not test other STD. And they dont treat std.

 

The doctor usually recommends a lab test after your treatment. Ang problema kasi, ang pasyente, pag nawala ang symptom akala magaling ng sila kaya hindi na sila bumabalik for follow up. E kung hindi pa pala totally naalis ang infection, babalik ulit yan and more agressive na. Malamang din na magdevelop na yan ng resistance dun sa antibiotic na unang ginamit.

 

Hindi ka pa naman diagnosed to have a life-ending disease. Dont despair too much. Pacheck up ka na lang. At tingin ko, hindi kasalanan ng ex mo na nagkaroon ka ng std. It was your decision to go to the spa, and it was your naivete that made you believe that you are the only one that the mpa did it 'live' with.

Sorry but im not familiar with STD clinics in your area. For sure, there are. You just have to really look for them. Try searching online, at whatclinic.

there's a clinic in las pinas named accuhealth. Before entering philam village. Landmark is starmall. It's a lab clinic.

STD testing and STD treatment are two different things. Make sure that there is a qualified doctor specially when it comes to treatment. Self-medication after testing is a no-no. There are meds that only licensed doctors can buy and administer to patients.

I would like to ask some expert here.

 

I am still awake right at this moment due to some itching in my scrotum.

before I was using a bioderm and it relieves the itching but there is a redness.

due to my desperation to treat it, I went to a nearby clinic and told me to buy a "triderm"

I thought it will make me heal fast but a unfortunately the itching became worst..

I can't continue my work since the feeling is like a needle piecing in my scrotum..

it's so painful that last few hours I felt like having a black out due to itching..

if only rdean clinic is near in my place I would consult this since I felt he is expert in this problem.

 

It only started when I went to massage parlor..

sometimes I felt so sad that I went to those massage parlor to forget my problem but rather has given me much worst problem.

I dont want to blame those girl since all they want is to have some money to live a decent life

but upon going to this massage parlor, expect the unexpected.

I would say 60 percent are the chances you will catch a disease even wearing a condom..

for example me.. having a skin infection right now. What if I still go to the massage parlor, then a guy pick the girl I pick...

then another guy pick the same girl and then choose another girl..

infection spread on all girls already... but that is me thinking.. and ofcourse hindi na ako pupunta sa massage parlor knowing the danger and what I realize..

But what about those other guy who has given the girl I pick the skin infection?Did he just pass the infection on purpose?

I never realize that, no one told me about the disease that I may have to those place even if I am wearing a condom.

that I should have be very careful and conscious..

I will not go to these massage parlor anymore, these itching pain is too much as a remainder of suffering rather that pleasure.

 

so to all guys that goes to massage parlor, if you are still haven't got any the try to stop if you can

Question is, if you have HIV. Sabi mo na diagnose ka agad ng moluscum that recurred a month later, in all likelyhood, you do not have HIV. Acute HIV has a different presentation, kung sinabi mo na last year or 5 years ago ka pumuntang spa at nagkamoluscum ngayon, puwedeng may HIV ka. All that said, you may still have an STD that needed to be treated, whether serious or not is all relative. Pacheck mo ulit baka naman di yan moluscum, moluscum is one, not common, two, unless you've seen one, you can't diagnose.

the best thing to do is to consult a gastroenterologist (stomach specialist) . A colonoscopy may be warranted. It sounds like a motility disorder to me, and may be a classic case of IBS or irritable bowel syndrome. Meaning, anatomically, there might not be anything inside your colon which can cause increased motility, but it may have something to do with nerves that control your bowel movement.

 

You might also need other imaging studies to check if there is really nothing there which may cause this disorder.

 

 

Loperamide is ok. But that is just to treat the symptoms. You have to know the cause.

hello docs tanong ko lang kung magkano ang magpa-MRI. Na-dislocate kasi balikat ko before. Didn't undergo xray but went for physical therapy. Pain and mobility regained but kept on popping my shoulder out several times. Worried lang ako baka may na-damage na sa loob kaya umuulit ang pag-dislocate; not even sure if it's a full dislocation since I can reduce it myself easily. thanks!
