dragonei
well di ba, the best way for any fighter not to sustain gradual damage to ones physique is to end matches quickly. Long term blows to the head could could ruin his brain scans and in effect loose his boxing license. Hence he has to rely on power and hand speed to end his matches quickly. Problem is, when you have a superiorly agile and reflexive figther like pacquiao who has well developed head movements, that might be very difficult. On the other hand valero has nothing defensively and keeps a low guard para mas bwelo mga suntok nya lalong lalo na yung hooks. Pag natamaan siya sa ulo ng sunod sunod kahit hindi power punch, pwedeng macrack uli bungo nya. Quote Link to comment
shafeeq96
.......... Hatton’s ability to take Pacquiao’s power will be a crucial factor in determining the outcome of the bout. Experts insist that if Hatton can withstand Pacquiao’s power, it will be a long night for the Filipino. The betting, however, is Hatton will go down once he is hit squarely by Pacquiao. What Hatton will bring to the table is a question mark. With trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr. in his corner, the word is a “different” Hatton will face Pacquiao in the ring. Mayweather is trying to transform Hatton into a semi-stylist with a lot of bobbing, weaving and head-moving. The idea is to make it difficult for Pacquiao to strike because the “old” Hatton would be a sitting duck. But basic instincts won’t go away easily. When Hatton is pressured and under attack, he’ll rely on what he’s used to. He’ll fire back, come forward and engage – which suits Pacquiao just fine. By Joaquin M. dragonei
I just observed, though Pacquiao-Hatton is anticipated as one of the biggest boxing events for this year, it is not as hyped as the de la hoya- Pacquiao fight. Even when the golden boy was already way past his prime, fans stilled followed him everytime he fought. Not even holyfield could do something like that. But Im sure after he wins this one, lalaki pa lalo market valu ni pacquiao, Im sure many will want to fight him sa laki ng kikitain pag lumalaban siya Quote Link to comment
