eat lots of vegetables(brocolli, pechay, carrots) and fruits(banana, oranges, apple) for the immune system, protein-rich food(eggs, beef, chicken, fish, pork, milk and chocolait) for power and, then supplement with 1 multivitamins (Clusivol (mura eh! hehe), 500 mg. vitamin C (kahit generic like Rite-Med) and 100-400 I.U of vitamin E for the cells. works for me.

For me it's vitamins A, B, and C (A for alcohol, B for babae, and C for cigarette). :lol:

 

Seriously speaking, you can boost your immune system through proper diet, exercise, proper sleep, and STRESS MANAGEMENT. Remember that boosting your immune system is not only related to PHYSICAL health but also MENTAL and SOCIAL health. As defined, health is not only the absence of disease but the complete physical, mental, and social well-being of a person.
