Ang gusto ko sa sun sa international calls, medyo mura ang IDD rates nila as compared sa 2 leading telecom network. LandLORD Posted January 7, 2009 Share Posted January 7, 2009 im a SUN subscriber for 2 years, postpaid, used it only for personal unlimited call and txtbut not satisfied with there service.. I use also Globe for 6 years... i vote for Globe talaga.. they have strong signal compare to others.. Heard it from my friends working in both SMART and GLOBE. Kunyari mas ok daw ang unli texting and calls pero dating Addict Mobile lang pala 'yun at sa wise este sa smart din pala 'yun. Also, i was reading an article in a newspaper, nabasa ko na ang smart daw ang telcos na may pinakamadaming complaint na natanggap while ang globe naman ang pinakamabis mag-resolve ng complaint. I really don't like smart dahil una madaya sila, once na magkamali ka ng send sa designated numbers nila (i.e. sa unli nila) they will charge you for it, sa Globe 'di ganon. Also, 'yung customer service maghi-hintay ka ng napakatagal pag tumawag ka, tuwing tatawag ako ganoon kaya ni hindi ko nakakausap ang CSR nila 'di gaya sa Globe, they might reason out na dahil "madami silang subscribers", subscribers na nagre-reklamo kaya super busy cs nila.. mnl2048 Posted January 17, 2009 Share Posted January 17, 2009 I use all three. Sun is my primary because of the low cost but hard to connect and sms is mostly delayed. I use Globe in case I cannot connect on the sun or the voice quality is poor. Â Sun - weak signal, choppy lines, sometimes do encounter crosslines but without Sun, inagine how much will my monthly phone bills be. And it's now my main phone while Globe is my back up. n0regret Posted February 10, 2009 Share Posted February 10, 2009 before i was a GLOBE subscriber, i like their customer service as someone answers ur call right away BUT i switched to SMART coz i BELIEVE they have faster 3G connection (experience based) and i badly need internet on my phone however the thing with their customer service is you have to wait for hours to get someone on the line. im still a SMART subscriber though, im after their internet speed that is why. :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment
