Hunter_Ice
Service quality will depend on the area of coverage. For business purpose, its good to have a Sun number and either a Globe or Smart. Quote Link to comment

myopia
Have been a Globe pre-paid ever since I had a mobile phone. Just a note on why I would stay with Globe even longer, my friend lost her mobile phone with a globe pre-paid sim. We reported it to their business center and not only they had the lost sim cut-off, they retained her old number with a purchase of a new pre-paid sim card. Less than 45 mins spent! Now another friend of mine also lost his Smart pre-paid phone, although he retained his old number but he was required to provide an affidavit for the lost sim, that costed around P150 (up to P450 for some notaries) for the notary not to mention a return trip for processing the replacement.
