icarusman63 Posted May 12 Share Posted May 12 Diet, exercise (weight training) and cardio. Cut the carbs, soda and junk food. Eat more protein and vegetables. Calorie deficit is key. Walk for 30 mins - an hour per day or at least 6000 steps a day. Drink lots of water and sleep. Matrabaho and its not instant. U have to really work for it and to be patient but its achievable.
