No dinner as part of intermittent fasting yung pinaka naging effective sakin.  Evident pagkawala ng fats / beer belly (as compared to nung nagpabaya ako due to stress eating) pero since tamad ako mag exercise, hindi “toned”.

Diet, exercise (weight training) and cardio. Cut the carbs, soda and junk food. Eat more protein and vegetables. Calorie deficit is key.  Walk for 30 mins - an hour per day or at least 6000 steps a day. Drink lots of water and sleep. Matrabaho and its not instant. U have to really work for it and to be patient but its achievable.
