Proper diet, and exercise. But if you can only choose one, choose diet. Avoid soft drinks and beer. Drink warm water before and after each meal. Reduce your carb intake - if possible, try to avoid car

this is real effective for me. been doing this the past 4 years. usually a month before hitting the beach removes the bloated look in a month's time (or less). and its not that hard to do. 1. n
