Minsan lang ako mag gym, maybe 2x a week lang and light weights and mostly treadmill lang. Tried No Rice for a few months now and I can immediately see results. 

nothing too fancy sa diet and sa exercise for my objective is to have something which I can sustain in the long run. Still, my friends say na pumayat ako. Also, I feel lighter and more energetic.
