zEröCooL Posted August 8 Share Posted August 8 Unfortunately, we can't spot reduce fat, and for most men, we store fat in our belly. To reduce belly fat, we really need to reduce weight (hopefully mostly fat). There has to be a calorie deficit, so either increase your calorie burn through activities or reduce calorie intake; for best results, do both. Sadly, belly fat is the last to go, but don't be discouraged, you will see major improvements in overall health and aesthetics along the way. Quote Link to comment
mondae Posted August 9 Share Posted August 9 i was able to remove my belly by not eating hahaha. parang 500 calories lang ako everyday (for me, one week is -1 kg), and boom. no more belly in about two to three months so yeah, less calories in, more calories out it felt like hell though. make sure you're not working too much hahaha your mind feels like mush kapag walang pagkain Quote Link to comment

Touching_drip Posted September 9 Share Posted September 9 Di madali at walang quick fix although lahat ng advise dito ay valid na makakatulong, pero kailangan parin ang consistency at long term commitment, in my case majority ng exercise ko ay sa core dahil physically demanding ang trabaho ko. I'm past 60 now and still doing my 15 mins five days a week exercise plus mountain biking on weekends. Quote Link to comment
