Pano Ba Paliitin Ang Tyan

mga idols sa gym panu po ba paliitin ang belly natin kasi kahit nag wowork out ako laki pa rin ng tyan kow kahit ng aabs na ko, di naman pwede mag diet kow kasi medyo payat din akow, di rin naman ako masyado umiinom ng beer,

i used to have a beer belly though im of average built, what i did was...

 

a) do abs crunches while sitting or surfing the net

 

B) holding the stomach in while sitting, brisk walking, good posture helps too...

 

c) if your chair revolves, might as well do some twist, while holding it in.

 

d) change you eating habits, a smaller plate helps a real lot! better small servings than a plateful of food.

 

if these doesnt work, sue me! :P :D :rolleyes:

Diet and exercise - it's not true na pwde mong daanin purely sa abdominal exercises ang pagpapaliit ng tyan. Kung part ng exercise routine - ok sya pero kung puro ab exercise ka lang - parang useless.

And hindi dahil payat ka eh hindi mo na kailangan ng exercise and diet - I mean payat ka lang siguro tingnan pero baka kung puro fats naman ang kinakarga mo - technically fat ka pa din (hirap i-explain). Hmmmm, put it this way - a 160 lb. couch potato with 30% body fat carries more fat than a 230 lb. athlete with only 10% body fat.

So complete exercise and diet ka dapat - pampaalis na ng fat - pampadagdag pa ng muscles.

Oh and when I say diet - sensible diet ah meaning less fat and carbs but more protein pero kakain ka pa din - hindi ito yung typical crash diet type na parang nagfafasting ka na - yun bang parang contestant ng Survivor.

partially true if your lifestyle is what you call as "inactive". rice is a carbo, and carbos are energy sources of the body. kung hindi mo sya ma burn efficiently, it turns into sugar, which are reserve sources of energy. pag hindi mo pa rin sya magamit, it turns into fat.

 

there are certain RDAs (recommended dietary allowances) each individual has. depends on your activity. pag super active ka, you need more carbs. kung if you are a body builder, you need proteins more than carbs. if you notice, yung mga friendly construction boys, mga "ga-unan" kumain ng rice yang mga yan, pero di sila tumataba.. it is because, they use up the energy rice gives them.

 

pero syempre, hindi lang rice ang nakakapagpalaki ng tyan. look at your diet as a whole. are you eating more "fats"? are you eating more "fried" foods? are you more on sweets? do you love drinking sodas? are you a beer drinker? madaming factors.....

 

ano ang dapat mong gawin para mabawasan ang pagkain ng rice? actually, wala.... its all in your mind.... try to initially limit your intake.. pag isang kainan eh kumakain ka ng 3 cups, initially cut it down to two, tapos, again, try to lower it down to 1.

thanks sa lahat ng replies nyo guys, kaya lang parang ang tagal nya lumiit at parang napapansi ko parang lalu pa syang lumalaki, nag wowork out ako MWF nag aabs naman ako 3 exercise para sa abs pero parang ayaw lumiit e, tingin ko nga parang hangin lang ang laman n2 e, may sakit nag pala ako sa tyan "GASTRO", before di naman maliit 2 e nung nag lalaro pa ko ng basketball pero nung nag stop ako lumaki na.

Tol pinaka importante is diet.........yang paglaki ng tyan mo means yung bituka mo sa loob ay nag expand na dahil nasanay yan ng laging marami ang laman, elastic kasi.....ngayon para bumalik sa dati ang laki ng bituka mo.......unti untiin mo ang pag bawas sa kinakain mo, medyo mahirap pero kaya mo yan.....then, do sit ups and crunches.......that way yung tyan mo hindi lalawlaw, magkakaroon ng muscles yan......ok ba! No kidding around its true! :D

totoo ba na nakakapag palaki ng tyan yung pagkain ng maraming rice?.. kc lakas ko sa kanin eh.. d ko mapigilan.. anu pwede gako gawin para mabawasn kain ko ng rice..

 

Patakal mo dapat (wag siksik ha).. like 1 cup sa umaga at tanghali, tapos 1/2 cup sa gabi. Ako kse 1/2 cup lang sa tanghali then di na ko kumakain ng rice sa gabi.. 2 weeks ko pa lang nagagawa yun, 6 lbs. na nabawas sa weight ko.. luwag na ng skirt ko.. ang saya saya! ;)

 

Pero syempre I workout regularly sa gym.. 1 1/2 cardio tapos sa machines.. 3x a week yun.. tapos badminton once a week then jogging and dancing pag sunday. Actually, I don't need to lose weight, kaya lang, wala daw way para mag-tone ng abs kundi lose weight muna eh. Ewan ko nga ba.. nag-vitamins na lang ako.. pano ba para di pumayat ang mukha? Tagal ko ng question yun kung saan-saan ng thread dito sa health and fitness.. wala pa rin nakakasagot. :rolleyes:

pagpapapayat ng mukha? actually, walang way dyan. normally, if a person loses weight, sumasama na mukha. kaya yung iba, pag pumapayat, umiimpis yung pisngi.

 

pero dapat ang weight loss mo is really significant before it can be reflected sa mukha. at your case (6 pounds), wala pa yan. it could start at least, if you lose 15 pounds.

Ah so dapat pala wag na ko mag-lose pa.. pano yan, at the rate I'm goin, I'm losing at least 1 lb per week? Pano titigil yun? Maintain lang naman yun food intake ko. Yun first week 4 lbs kse kagad (kse halos ayoko kumain.. wala lang gana ba).. kaya nagkakain ako 2nd week, kaya 1 lb lang na-lose ko.. pero 1 lb ulit this week.. pano ba titigil yun? Of course yoko na humataw ng kain.. wala na talaga akong gana eh. :(

carb is the so-called ab killer, low-to-mid carb and fat (and do extensive cardio 30-40 mins via treadmill etc) but high protein diet is recommended -- you can do sit-ups and crunches until you turn blue but you would still have a large tummy without the right diet. and for building the abs, you should have routines for the lower abs, upper abs and obliques...i hope this helps.

at 1 pound a week, the rate is ok, provided you reached your ideal weight. kung medyo underweight ka na and you are still losing 1 pound a week, there must be a problem elsewhere....
