question regarding some STD like herpes. i read somewhere even if the other peron looks clean even by skin contact you can contract the virus? so does this mean most of us have it only hindi lang nararamdaman?

http://www.cdc.gov/std/Herpes/STDFact-Herpes.htm#Howspread

HSV-1 and HSV-2 can be found in and released from the sores that the viruses cause, but they also are released between outbreaks from skin that does not appear to be broken or to have a sore. Generally, a person can only get HSV-2 infection during sexual contact with someone who has a genital HSV-2 infection. Transmission can occur from an infected partner who does not have a visible sore and may not know that he or she is infected.

HSV-1 can cause genital herpes, but it more commonly causes infections of the mouth and lips, so-called "fever blisters." HSV-1 infection of the genitals can be caused by oral-genital or genital-genital contact with a person who has HSV-1 infection. Genital HSV-1 outbreaks recur less regularly than genital HSV-2 outbreaks.

am looking for a discreet clinic... any suggestions?
am also looking for a discreet clinic. thanks in advance
im also looking for a discreet clinic ^^

ano bang "discreet" ang gusto nyo?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean...but here are more than 2 cents worth of medical advice for you:

1.) if you mean a hidden, not-so-obvious clinic, then most likely, it is unreliable.

2.) at any rate, whichever clinic you go to, any MD would keep all things confidential.

bakit ganun? uminom na ako ng gamot to treat urethritis as prescribed by my doctor. nawala naman siya pero after ilang days, pansin ko may stain nanaman sa underwear ko. pero lahat ng symptoms wala na. and hindi pa ako nakikipag sex.

try to have the discharge examined in the lab....g/s & c/s probably you got a resistant type of bacteria (hope i'm wrong)

Hi Nadia,

I would like to consult to you about my problem. I have itchiness occassionally under my testes but my urine is normal (no bad smell or walang nana), no burning sensation when i urinate. Could you please help me what is my current problem and how could i cure it. Would it be a possible fungal infection?

Thank you in advance.

Please don't try to treat genital warts with over-the-counter medications. These meds are not meant to be used for moist tissues of the genital area. They can even cause more pain and irritation.

I'm not Dr. Nadia but I'd like to suggest a derma consult for your problem. Warm moist areas of the body are often prone to fungal infection. Your MD can determine if it's indeed a fungal infection or another skin disorder such as psoriasis or form of dermatitis.

A Wart is an abnormal skin condition, a Dermatologist should handle this with no problem at all. They specialize on "THE LARGEST PART OF THE BODY" - Your Skin.... They are not limited to facial treatments only. So if you have problems which involves your skin (STD/STI or NOT) you can check with your Dermatologist. Good Day.

how will u know if u have sex or std disease? signs and symptoms? itchy on the penis? that normal or disease? pm me.. thanx

Please have a medical consult if there's a reason why you highly suspect that you contracted a sexually transmitted disease. Kindly refrain from self-diagnosing and self-medicating as you might get into more trouble if you'll take the wrong drug for a certain disease.

How will you know kung meron ng kuto located under your member. I know it's itchy, but it can be seen by eyes?

Ano ba pwede medication sa mga ganon? Can it buy over the counter?

Sa mga experts and physician, ano po pwede solution sa mga ganitong kaso? What is your prescription regarding this matter?

Thank you in advance.

dami kasi probable cause for itchiness, one is fungal infection , puede din yan sinasabi mo. better consult a doctor/uro/derma or your family physician for the best treatment . :thumbsupsmiley:

Yes "kuto" of lice can be seen, you can use kwel shampoo which can be bought over the counter, it's better shave the area clean to see if there are any fungal infections just to be sure, if symptoms of itchiness still occurs... its better to see your dermatologists, after all they are the experts :goatee:

^actually its very variable. it can range from as low as 3 mos to as long as a year or more . its a case by case basis and also depends on the person's immune defenses (if he's susceptible to all kinds of infection). you have to consider if you're high risk (e.g. having unprotected sex with different women or unprotected anal homosexual sex which is the population with the highest risk of getting HIV) or if ur partner is highrisk too (if he/she uses IV drugs, fooling around, etc.)
