ahh.. most likely it could be an allergic reaction to your underwear.. kasi sometimes there might be excessive sweating and humidity sa groin area, which might be causing the itchiness..

Sobrang praning na ko malapit na mag 1 month me experience ako sa chic na di ako sure tpus nag ka problema pa cd bad trip talaga , chinechek ko sarili ko after a month nag pa urinalysis na ko pus cells 2-4/hpf yung rbc 1-3/hpf . ala naman ako nararamdaman pag umiihi nor lumalabas sa penis ko. sabi nung doc baka uti but since hme history ininjectionan ako ng anti bacterial tapus me pinapatake sakin na anti bacterial for a wee k ...ok na ba yun doc... nag bigay cia ng doxycycline di me sure pero sumasakit ulo ko pag tinetake ko.. tia

ah, itchiness in the groin area can be an initial symptom of an STD, moreso after having sex.. so may i suggest that you consult a physician for proper evaluation..

yung resulta ng urinalysis mo is not significant naman, so you should not be overly anxious.. yung antibiotic na binigay sayo is more of prophylaxis, and i think it should suffice for now.. obserbahan mo na lang kung magkakaroon ka pa ng ibang symptoms, magpatingin ka uli if you do..

i have protected sex yesterday pero hindi ko kilala uhn girl, kaya na'prapraning ako ngayon.. . no more drunk one night stand for me buti na lang me presence of mind pa akong gumamit ng condom.. .

panay naman ang inom ko ng tubig and buko juice na rin .

 

masakit parin pag tapos umihi tapos ansakit ng balakang ko. especially early morning yung unang ihi.

 

im taking the med twice a day.

 

tama ba o kulang yung dosage. its 500mg .

 

please help naman. medyo malayo kasi ang doctor clinic from our house.

are you sure it is 500 mg ? you have to wait for the meds to take effect and it won't happen overnight. go back to your doctor after taking the meds for follow up check-up and repeat urinalysis.

Mga Doc if you were diagnosed having a non gocc (i'm not sure the term in MED it is but definitely not Gonorrhea) and a fungi in the groin area does it require shot ( vaccine yata pero di ko alam term basta may shot 2 vials na daw un) TIA

it could be just an allergic reaction or a symptom of an STD nga..

 

you can observe it for a little while longer or you can consult a physician if it bothers you na..

i believe you are referring to non-gonococcal urethritis (NGU) which is most ommonly caused by Chlamydia trachomatis. other possible etiologic agents include ureaplasma and mycoplasma species..

 

i don`t want to second-guess the physician who examined you, but oral meds are usually sufficient to treat NGU.. also fungal infection in the groin area can be treated with topical antifungals, drying powders and oral antifungals..

thanks doc peter, nag doubt lang ako kasi may vaccine kaagad kaya ako humingi ng second opinion. and dun sa groin area she gave me a soap for fungi actually commercially kasi wala pangalan at normal ung soap na pang fungi, acne, rash kaya nagdoubt ako.

 

may i ask can you refer any physician (i would appreciate it kung ikaw sana kung di ka busy). very appreciate it doc pete Thanks again
