Recently randomly ako nagcchat sa mga nagmemessage sakin dito sa mtc.. Nanghihingi ako ng recent std/aids test results pag walang mabigay it means di sila nagpapatest on a regular basis. Red flag na agad. Sana maging normal na yung pagpapakita ng results para na rin safe sa lahat. Hehehe

A few days after a session, I noticed a burning sensation when I peed. At first I thought it was just a UTI, but then I noticed meron mild discharge. It was clear and had no smell, but enough na yon to make me remember my previous sexual encounter and start panicking.

I looked around and found a clinic affiliated with LoveYourself. I booked an appointment for an STI consultation and a free HIV test. Thankfully, the HIV test came back negative.

During the consultation, I explained all of my symptoms to the doctor, and I was recommended a swab test to check for gonorrhea and chlamydia. I already knew what the swab test is and prepared myself, pero putangina masakit pala talaga hahaha.

After the swab, I was given antibiotics to treat a possible bacterial infection while waiting for the test results. They also gave me free condoms. I only took two that could fit in my wallet and they encouraged me to take a whole box dahil meron sila an entire shelf puno ng boxes of condoms lol.

A few days later, I finally received my test results, and im soo happy to see it was all negative.

Seeing all those negative results made me feel so relieved. Parang biglang gumaan talaga yung pakiramdam ko.

I’m really glad I decided to get myself tested. This experience opened my eyes to how drastically your life can change if even one of those tests comes back positive, lalo na when it comes to HIV.

I’m sharing this not to scare anyone, but to encourage yung fellow GMs and theras diyan to get tested, lalo na sa gantong bisyo.

 

LoveYourself clinics are great (Luxecare, Army Health, etc).

Free ang first bottle (30 tablets) of PreP, libre ang HIV prick test, magbabayad ka lang ng consultation fee.

Recently nagparefill ako ng PreP good for 3 months and binayad ko lang 800.

I offer to pay for their testing, and I schedule it myself. Mas ok na yung sigurado.

Hindi naman problem ang work nila sa clients eh kasi sa clients maingat pero problem is mga personal relationships nila, hindi sila maingat. Pabaya nga eh, and because most of them, they do this for money, pati mga bf nila or personal relationships do the same. May mga hookup mga partner nila sa mga wampipti, or they participate in pila so nagiging hawa-hawa na especially yung mga nakukuha ng skin to skin contact.

exactly. kaya nakakatakot na talaga umulit sa bisyo na to. kaya ingat sa mga nag babalak jan. lalo na sa mga thera na ayaw mag pa FR. I got gono once from a not so popular thera pero she mentioned she don't want any fr kasi malalaman daw ng bf nya. I found that weird at first but brushed it off. we did it with cd pero bare bj. so i guess dun ko nakuha sa bj nya. I showed symptoms after a week and sobrang sakit and malala. luckily I got treated right away and healed within 2 and half weeks. I will never forget that experience. I thought my life was over at that point, rock bottom talaga. Luckily I am fully recovered now. But never again. Stay safe boys.

True! They say "No live" sa client, ,maingat sa client but sa mga partners nilang hindi nila alam ang sexual history and behavior, dun sila walang pake. It is almost like some think kapag kilala nila or mahal nila, they think they would not catch anything from their partners. There is also the pressure to do it live kasi they are "together". Can't even count how many time ako nagpa change thera kasi I did not like what I saw when I did my inspection. 

"Allergy lang yan sir". Nope! That is something else, Please get checked. Session turned into a mini health teaching tuloy.
