I never ask for this with any of the thera's I've met but had done it live in recent months. Hygiene is very important saken so lagi ko inoobserve si thera kung paano niya alagaan body nya before we start, but of course di yun assurance if they're safe. As far as I know their spa requires check-up but no idea when it was last done, di laging publicly shared.

After shower, we started on bed. Started kissing, isa sa mga palaban sa laplapan. She started kissing my body going down, heart beating faster and faster, looked into my eyes then sucked me deep, she appeared enjoying it which turns me on even more. I really enjoy giving back with daty especially when your partner is clean and gave the effort to please you, I spend time worshiping it and never forgets the rest of her body. Her hips jiggling, her legs shaking, her hands grabbing the back of my head. After several minutes she moans and says "fuck me babe..." her hand guiding my tiny to enter her....unprotected. Yung hot na hot ka na then you need to make a split second decision if you'll take the risk or not, I'm no longer in my 20s pero minsan utak sa baba pa rin talaga nag iisip, so sheeeet pinasok ko no longer thinking of the risks and just enjoyed the moment. I'm confident with my withdrawal game so every drop was left outside. Even without doing it live, one of the most memorable sessions for me.

After the deed, sabi ko "nagulat ako sayo babe" she then explained confident din naman daw siya kasi she had her test and takes pills, habang kinakain ko raw sya palaban daw kasi ako (her words, not my ego). But of course, all these after mag take ng risk 😅 A few months has passed already, so far so good.

I also agree with one of the statements here na minsan si thera mag offer (for a price), had experienced it as well. Again, I don't ask for it but hindi rin kasi ako madali matapos wearing cd, nasanay din kasi sa mga ex na ayaw ng cd. May mga thera, after the deed, and learns about that, they proactively offer doing it live next time. So far, hindi ko pa tinry yung 'next time'.

I won't name the thera's, I respect their hussle sa life. Maybe a little bit of YMMV? dunno.

Guys tanong lang how often do you get tested? Or nagpapa test lang kayo if may nararamdaman na?

When active.. every 1-2 months.. depends how paranoid I'm feeling.

The test I usually get nowadays are: the std screening test package from hi precision + urine culture + a checkup with the doctor(this one is only when I feel extra paranoid)

Need ba ng referral pag nag avail ng test package from hi-precision? Also, yung urine culture ay part din ng package ng hi-precision?

Every 3 months. Yung HIV test saktong required din sa PREP refill ko.

No, pedeng walk-in lang, which is what I do.

Urine culture is totally seperate from the package, urinalysis lang ang included sa package nila.

I get the urine culture nowadays since nag price increase nanaman sila on the urine ct/ng.

Totoo na may treatment sa HIV na 1 pill a day habang buhay to reduce the viral load making it NOT transmissible. At sa ibang clinic libre ang refill nito. To be clear, habang buhay ito na 1 pill a day ka, kasi once na itigil mo yan, tataas ulit viral load, manghihina ang katawan at prone sa mga infections.

In the medical world, a person na may maintenance na 1 pill a day is still immunocompromised. Maybe now na healthy ka pa, controlled ang comorbidities mo eh okay okay ka pa.

Once na magkasakit ka, lumala comorbidities mo o need magundergo ng operation, prone ka to get worse. Lapitin ng infections, pneumonia, tuberculosis etc. Marami sa mga ospital, simpleng appendicitis lang kahit naoperahan na eh namamatay parin dahil yun pala may concomitant na HIV

Kaya ingat nalang talaga sa gantong bisyo, unlike other STDs. Wala paring cure para totally magamot ang HIV

2-3months later, did all my test, THANK GOD, negative sa lahat. kaya at one point ng prime days ng mtc, napahinto ako.
after 1-2 years / nung naging single na ulit, ayun, balik mtc...and kung kailan sobrang ingat na, nadali pa.

in short: pag live...wag nyo na subukan. nakaka paranoid, stress sa wallet and utak. and pag nadali ka pa, sira buhay mo.

Pano ng yari bro yung sobrang ingat na don ka pa nadali?
