If you're waiting for the time to enter the crypto market, now is a good time to buy Bitcoin. Currently, bitcoin is at a low price of 55,000. Wait for a few days and it will bounce back to 65,000. It's a 16% increase in just a few days. Compare that to a banks interest rate of less than 2% for a year. (bank interest rates are estimates only) To demonstrate: if you buy P1,000 of worth Bitcoin, will become P1,160 (profit P160) * if you buy P10,000 worth of Bitcoin, it will become P11,600 (profit P1,600) * How to buy Bitcoin? My mom just sold a piece of our land for 200K and she intends to keep it as money for when she grows older. I told her it wouldn't be wise to have it just sit in a bank earning 1% interest. I was telling her to invest in Mutual Funds but she was thinking of putting the money in a time deposit. I'm not that knowledgeable in Mutual Funds to convince her otherwise. Can you give suggestions on what would be the best way to invest the money and hopefully earn some interest on it?

And to think... kaya hindi ako nagbayad ay dahil may questionable transaction na worth P8k way back 2009. Questions: Pwede ba akong makulong dahil dun? What if makipag-negotiate na ako... pwede pa ba mabawi yung kaso?

I'm looking for advices from financial planners and rich folks who managed to retire early. I'm 35 this month, no dependents and projecting I will be single forever. Currently, I have savings and mutual funds. Im also paying off my card debt which will be paid off by november and personal loans which in my current plan, will be paid off next year. I have work and plan to take my Master's next sem. What investments do I need to buy for my long term gain? Should I tweak my budget and payment scheme to reach my goals quicker? Thanks!
