can anyone tell me where i can get my hands on livestrong running shirts locally?

guys, as i run too, i have a question, which is a better support for your 'crown jewels', compression shorts/biking shorts or supporters when you run? or you don't use any of the two, ie. just the normal jocks under your running shorts?

just try and feel which one suits you best. every runner is different. i prefer compression / cycling shorts or compression pants / tights under my shorts whenever i go long distances... it keeps my muscles tight and it eliminates wounds caused by friction due to running.

for short distances naman, i usually use either compression shorts / jock supporters or minsan "commando" (nothing underneath) it's really cool when you run... may woven jock naman underneath the running shorts so i use that. trust me, it helps

I got the Fedor shirt for around 1.5k sa Republic. The BJ Penn shirts retail at around the same price.

 

Malamang the Silver Star shirt your friend has is the Destroyer. Ilalabas pa lang yung Rising Son e, probably close to the Joshua Clottey fight in Dallas.

i use the purple dymatize expand... ok naman. i usually take 2 caps before workout, and 2 caps after....

ewan ko lang kung anong difference ng red. haven't researched on it yet eh.
