first off, whatever industry you're in, you have to learn and master the tricks of the trade. thus, for starters, one has to work hard to know (almost) everything.
when one works hard, people will notice your efforts. you will eventually shine. now, capitalize on that and make informed decisions about your career. people will poach you when you least expected it.

I'm just citing First Gen as case study. But it does not follow na kukuha ako nito. Actually, I'm setting my sights on GMA dahil baka this na sila mag IPO. Gusto ko sana ready ako once GMA goes public. Balita ko din Robina will go public with its new capitalization needs.
Kaso nga, ignarante ako how IPO works. I'm sure other members would also appreciate to know a thing or two about this. So ire-raise ko ulit yung mga tanong ko:
1. Where do I need to go to buy shares?
2. What are the extra charges to look out for?
3. Citing, for sample purposes, the case of First Gen na may Offer Price P51.00 to P62.00 per Offer Share, ano talaga ang presyo nito?
4. How do I redeem my investment? May lock-in period ba?
5. Lahat ba ng IPOs OK pasukan?
6. When is a good time to get in and bail out, just in time for grate piece of the action?

you need to get a stock broker to purchase ipo shares. however, before investing in any security, you need to research and educate yourself on what you're actually getting into. as a standard, the companies going on ipo issue prospectus. the prospectus contains details you need to know on where the company would allot the capital. they can use the raised capital for expansion, increased working capital or to pay off debts.
you can get hold of this prspectus from the security underwriter handling the account. i think they are available in the net. too.
as for first gen, i think price per share was pegged at php45. this is lower than what is actually projected in the prospectus.
again, you need to get someone who is adept in investment matters. there are plenty of investment houses out there. their respective contact details are available in their corporate website.
last thoughts, learn to appreciate reading the annual reports of the company you plan to put your hard-earned money in. read the business section of your favorite newspaper to keep yourself abreast with the trend in the stock market. just keep yourself well-informed and don't just rely on your investment adviser.

If I'm not mistaken the standard rates go for around 50k or more for a "package deal".
Over-all costst vary depending on your arrangement whether you go for a package deal, or broken d0wn into: acceptance + stage billings or acceptance + appearance fees+ cost, or hourly billings etc.
It wouldn't matter whether you had a civil wedding or a church wedding co'z under the law both weddings have the same status and legal effect.

as we mature, we look past the physical qualities of the person. i'm not saying that we should totally negate the physical factor, okay. being physically attracted to the person is equally as important. man, i can't kiss just the brain
going back, we tend to look for more certain qualities like, what you said, the personality, attitude, EQ -- in a nutshell, the total package itself. we learn to discriminate the good ones from the so-so superficial ones.

one should take care of himself/herself physically and emotionally.
anyway, i have daily regimen for my face i.e. cleanser, toner, moisturizer and sunscreen. you should choose the product that suits your skin or those that are "hiyang" sabi nga nila. mositurize everyday to keep the skin supple. wear sunscreen everyday even though you're not hitting the beach. i apply sunscreen even if i don't go out ofthe house. the harmful rays of the sun cause wrinkles and brown spots.
i do have facials once in a while like every three months. it really depends on your skin type as to how often one should visit a facial salon.
i go to the spa twice a month to detoxify and relax the muscles.
i've tried glycolic peel to even out skin tone of my face.
diamond peel, i tried that too. you'll get a nice rosy glow afterwards.
having said all of that, the above should be done in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle i.e. avoid drinking/ smoking, exercise. and lastly, be at peace with yourself and the people around you. a happy well-being is just as important.
