ASUS or Lenovo na around that price range is good. My sister bought an Asus worth 32K Ok naman yung specs and mabilis din. Media heavy sya gamit nya sa school.

Any generic laptop will do. Just upgrade ng HDD and RAM. Ok na yun lalo na if you're not going to do heavy rendering or post processing.
