  1. wow this must've been a tough one to answer since no one has touched it!

Yes I will but will it really matter how I feel? Because what is my love worth to you when you refuse to see the goodness in me?

    ang drama!! hahahaha award!

Will you still love me even if I am a jealous woman?

  2. @ xyberguy - Yes for as long as all that teasing also happens between the sheets

@ buttchickick - Yes because it may be what is exactly needed. I can make up for all the grave seriousness needed in the relationship

Will you still love me even if I can't keep my hands off you whether publicly or privately?

  3. My golly miss holly golightly!!!! I cannot begin to describe how great it was to catch up with all of you last night after not having had the pleasure of your company for a good 2 years! Di naman ako sounding masyadong excited ano?

Once again, profuse appreciation to Masi and Liberty for being opening their home to us. I know I sound like a broken record but I absolutely enjoy being in the company of couples like you because you remind me of all the good things about being married :) hahaha kinikilig ako when I see you guys together.

The company was way excellent that the good food (yummy yummy ribs & the PORKS & beans Masi cooked --- hahaha we are so honored :P ) and good alcohol could not be the focus of attention for the evening. I mean I could not remember the caramelly sugar and toasty oak from the pinot noir, nor could I remember the creamy effervesence infused with apple and pink grapefruit from the vino spumante. I definitely could not taste the sharp plums and cherries from the cabsav and I certainly did not feel that sexy graze of gin against my throat from the Masi Martini. No, no, no, no --- I absotively cannot remember.   I was just too engrossed with chika-ing Storm, Mrs Storm (who, like Liberty, seems to grow more beautiful each time I see her), friends of the Storms, Bods, Liberty and Masi. But the person who really made the earth under my feet really shake was Mr. boomouse! So shaken was I (like the Masi Maritini) that I had to blurt "WALANG SUMBUNGAN!!!!"   Kidding aside, nice to meet you boomouse -- am wondering if I should mention to my dad that we were drinking together last night. Ha ha ha.

Ah basta .... masharap ang lahat kagabi!!! I really will make it a nasty habit to see the winos super regularly this year. :* And Senyor Agxo3 you better be in one of them shindigs!!! We missed you. :(

  4. I will love you in whatever shape, size, or form because I see you with my heart. And how I wish I could lend you my heart for even just a second so you could see just how beautiful you look to me.

Will you still love me even if you cannot have all of me?

  5. Author Laura Esquivel (ganda ng first name noh? ha ha ha) opens her book Like Water For Chocolate with an old Spanish adage that says "To the table or to bed; you must come when you are bid." I reckon that adage failed to include the context of wine in hand  Just let me know where and when and I'll make time for it. Am just out on May 7 and 9 for a shoot in Taal. I have a tentative office dinner on May 8 but that should end early enough for me to follow.

I have been pretty sober for quite some time but allowed myself to be a lush a week ago at M Cafe --- lychee martini in hand and gorgeous gal pals in another while giggling like high school girls. Haha ang juvenile! But I gotta say, M Cafe has the best Lychee Martinis in the Metro! Ponticello has the good Coco Lychee ones.

Last drop of vino I had was... was ... lawrd, was eons ago. Be that as it may, it was a memorable drop given the humidity of that night. Had a bottle of that Kiwi Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay which was so refreshing with its fruity profile. It just felt like a melange of ripe melons and citrus (crisp crisp lime) bursting in my warm mouth, instantly soothing the searing skin on my cheeks (sa face hah hindi butt! ). Suddenly the intense ride I have always gotten from the reds disinterested me. In fact I have actually stayed away from dark drinks since then (that must expalin the Lychee Martini binge) which makes me wonder now if it at all reflects the shift in disposition I have taken in life. Preference for the simple, uncomplicated yet clear is apparent in a lot of the things I have been doing albeit fleeting and whimsical even. Hmn hmn hmn. I seem to have lost a lot of deep passion for many things, I seem to have lost the many reds in my being.

Haha yes this soliloquiy brought to you by my contemplating on the deeper meaning of that drop of white I had over a year ago. Funny what wine can do, it's like the life that flows through your veins.   Old fat ugly hirsute woman rambling at midnight. I should get more sleep. *yawn*

Cheers my fave winos and looking forward to enjoying your company very soon. :*

  6. Totally tripping over my fave Ferragamo Incanto perfume triumvirate of Charms, Shine and Heaven. All have some similar base but seem to differ in the top notes -- Charms is fruity-floral (honeysuckle pervades), Shine is bright (haha literally) and ebullient (pineapple-ly) and Heaven is floral in a powdery way (must be the pink peony). All three bring an absolutely delicious smile to the wearer and ahhh even more delightful to those who get a whiff (I think  ). Just a tip on Incanto Heaven --- smells better after 15-30minutes on the skin and do spray at least 6 inches away from skin for the best scent ever (the lingering scent is a little too strong when sprayed just an inch or two away from skin). If you will, the 3 Incantos are almost like mood scents -- just delish! Oh and the bottles are oh so dreamy, magical and beautiful.

But for the all time classic fragrance, I would highly recommend something I've been using for over a year now -- BVLGARI Omnia Amethyste. Man, this scent is just clean, innocent and pure in a lightly sweet way. It's like falling into a sea of irises (the flower hah not the mata! ) and wanting to drown endlessly in it. A friend of mine said " uyyyyy ang bango, amoy virgin!" Go figure.   Oh and yes, this one comes in a beautiful bottle too -- classic BVLGARI infinity loop.

And on men, it can get dangerous when they wear L'eau D'Issey Bleu, Versace Au Fraiche and Bvlgari Aqva.

  7. I'm a tourist in my own country in search of yummy kuchay dumplings. Pardon the ignorance but is the Binondo church the only church in chinatown? Is that the one at the entrance of the lil city? I've been hearing raves about the kuchay dumplings at Dong Bei and am prepping myself to wade whatever traffic there might be this weekend. What's the best time to go there and what are their operating hours?

Mucho thanks in advance for your replies. :)

  8. I told you it would be a good day and it has been so far. Not quite all you hoped for but still excellent. And yes, I am your lucky charm-- from cockpits to snake pits. You are not the only one with the predictive talent. :P

    Tu m'embrasse

    -L-

p.s. it rained this morning

  9. Profuse apologies winos, been crook on and off the last two weeks till influenza finally hit me last week (just about 80% recovered now). Missed all of you as profusely too :) Pareng Storm, thanks for trying to reach me but I was totally knocked out that day on meds.

Senyor agxo3, I missed you in the flesh again :P

How long does it take kaya for tastebuds to fully recover? You guys wanna meet up at Cyrano sometime next week? I'm buying 2bottles of my new flirtations .... white MonkeyBays! :D
