I started today with phase 1 of SBD. Sinabi kasi ng goodfriend ko last week na chubby na daw ako! <_< Shempre d ako naniwala but the other day I tried to put on my favorite jeans! Waaaah! Hindi na ko kasha sa thin jeans ko...as in d ko na mazipper! :boo: :boo: :boo: hehehe so its time....haaay! Magiging presidente na naman ako ng TG gang nito!

Depends ata on the diet. Sa south beach all carbs are bawal sa phase 1. Sa phase 2, you're supposed to re-introduce good carbs into your system. I think these are like high fiber carbs like whole wheat and multi-grain bread, brown rice, yung matagal madigest. You can look it up sa net may list dun sa site ng southbeach.

white bread is worst.. kain ka ng kain, walang feeling of fullness.. hence, mas maraming ka tuloy nakakain.. puro carbo yun! ganun din ang rice.. napaparami kain mo ng rice lalo na pag masarap ang ulam.  I think ang logic ng south beach diet kung bakit no carbs for 2 weeks kse para mawala ang cravings mo.. nakaka-crave kse ang carbs (pansin ko lang ha).. kahit di ka gutom, gusto mo pa rin kumain parang addict ba.

 

pinaka-ok siguro sa tatlo yun pasta.. pero kung pwede lang, mas okey na wheat bread kainin mo para sa carbs mo (I'll recommend balanced diet pa rin.. kumpleto ang carbs, protein pero minimal lang dapat sa fat tska gulay syempre).
