    Lesson Learned! Raymond Aguilar quick to apologize after he made the basket with only seconds left in the game with Meralco, that made Coach Tim fuming mad.
    Ginebra won 86-76.

    I think, trading greg is not the solution... giving him better training and getting him in a better physical condition is... meantime, share his playing time with raymond and prince...

     

    Japeth, jervy, jdv,aljon(?) and art are good in the 4 position...

     

    Ginebra lacks a good 3 who can defend and shoot...

     

    Scottie is a good 2, probably sargent later...

     

    LA needs a good back up... where LA goes, Ginebra goes...

     

    Maganda adjustment ni Tim last time sa Magnolia, it negated the slowness to adjust sa small ball ng Magnolia...

     

    I think MC47 will retire next year...

     

    Maganda kombinasyon ni scottie, art, japeth last time...

     

    Jalalon-style na player ang maganda kay Tiniente. Yung hingalin ang kalaban. sarap sigurong panoorin.

    i agree. caperal has more moves than slaughter. malaki lang talaga itong si greg pero malambot. malamya ang depensa. mas marami pa ngang nakukuhang rebounds si iskati. baka nga magandang one-on-one trade ito kay rayray parks.

     

    ang gusto kong makitang maglaro ay yung jullian sargent. naka-uniform na kaso di pa nabibigyan ng playing time. baka naman mabulok na naman ito sa bench.

     

    Nakaka disappoint nga si Greg. Sinisigawan na tuloy ng Ka-Barangay na tumalon naman kasi harapang tinitirahan ng maliliit pa sa kanya. Ni hindi man lang itaas ang kamay. Well, kung ako hindi ko i t trade ito dahil hindi naman masakit sa salary cap hindi naman malaki ang sweldo. Pang intimate man lang. Sayang din ang laki at kapag swerte Ok naman. Ordinary.

     

    Sargent sayang din. Si Mercado age is showing na together with Chan. Sana parating i tandem ni Tim si Dela Cruz at Scottie. Looks like we will be having another Francis/Sonny tandem kapag nagkataon. Si Teytey nilagay na sa reserve list. Maliit sobra. Time to join the coaching staff si Caguioa. Si Jervy sayang din sa lakas ng loob. Pero ako talaga si Caperal ang galaw naaalala ko si Codinera.

    ibang klase talaga itong batang ito. i still believe he should be given more opportunities to don the pilipinas jersey.

     

    tama ka chief...nasasayang ang talent ni caperal. mas maraming oras na nasa bench.

     

    Caperal has even more talent than Greg. Now lang ako nakakakita na ang isang 7-footer parating nakatunganga kapag tinitirahan harap harapan. Madalas even no attempt to block the shot of the opponent. Sana man lang kagaya ni Japeth na masipag mag swat ng opponents' ball. Salamat naman at ginagamit si Dela Cruz. Sayang din yuong other Aguilar. Willie Wilson ang dating pero bulok na bulok sa bench. Jeff Chan is past his prime na. There are flashes of old pero it comes far and wide.

    Manila classico this weekend... LA will officially become the new pba ironman

     

    Buti pa yung kalaban merong "tuneup" game weekdays. Ang hirap sa momentum kapag once a week lang ang laban. Sabagay PBA needs money

    tama ka chief. once a week lang silang maglalaro. it would really be difficult to find your rhythm. iba pa din yung tunay na laro dun sa nag-eensayo lang sa gym.

     

    Puro weekend. Ginebra na lang kasi ang nagpapasok ng pera sa PBA kaya kailangan walang pasok ang mga trabahador at sa school.

    LA Tenorio not bothered by Simon Enciso last-second trey: 'It's not an issue'

     

     

    Tenorio said the necessity of the situation more than adding insult to injury was the logic behind Enciso’s late-game basket, aware that the quotient system is in place by the end of the eliminations of the season-opening conference.

     

    For that, he has no beef against the Fil-Am guard or even the entire Alaska coaching staff.

    “Quotient e, yun ang labanan and you’ll never know,” said Tenorio following the game at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.

    “It’s not a problem kasi ngayon sa liga natin, every point really counts. It’s not an issue.”

     

    In the post-game interview, Compton didn’t deny the Aces were indeed, after the quotient, recalling how the team failed to make the playoffs of the Governors Cup two years ago owing to an inferior quotient.

     

    “I don’t want to miss the playoffs because I honoured a tradition that nobody else in the league honors,” Compton stated, while stressing he still high respect for the 61-year-old Cone.

    Enciso has also apologized to the Barangay Ginebra tam for ‘doing his job.’

     

    Tenorio understands the whole picture.

     

    “That’s the rule, e. Ganun na ang labanan ngayon kasi every point counts talaga in today’s game. It doesn’t matter if you’re up by 30 or down by 30,” said the veteran guard.

    Now, it’s a different story if it happens during a playoffs or even the finals.

     

    “Unless it’s a playoff game na wala ka namang hinahabol na quotient,” said Tenorio.

    Alaska carries a 3-2 win-loss card, while Barangay Ginebra is at 3-3 as the team battle for the remaining six berths in the quarterfinals.

    hindi lang ang mga guards ang tumatanda, pati si tim cone tumatanda na din, kaya nagiging sensitive na sa mga ganun situation. Actually okay lang naman tumira ng tumira kahit garbage basket na, dahil quotient system ang PBA pag elimination. at hindi out of respect yun. kasi kung ako ang coach, i will advise the same thing, binabayaran sila ng company para mag shoot ng mag shoot at hindi magsayang ng oras kapag garbage time na.

     

    Ewan ko ba. During our time hanggang last second tinitira pa namin. Kung bakit nagkaroon pa ng "respect", "respect" na yan. Kung talagang respect ang gusto nila ipagbawal na rin yuong pag flex ng muscle, stare down, trash talking. Quotient ang labanan. Palakihan ng lamang.     naku sa umpisa lang yan...sa susunod baka wala nang playing time naibigay si tim cone kay teodoro. pero sana mali ako at magpakita pa ng galing itong si teodoro.

     

    Sabi nga ng commentator............walang takot tumira at siguro nasa isip itira ko na ito baka sa susunod hindi na ako palaruin

    Now that he's gone, Cone regrets not giving Manuel enough playing time the past season. But he couldn't do so because the team is loaded, to say the least, at his position.

    "Well, I think the regret is I didn't give him enough playing time so he could feel good about his career. Maybe his parents didn't get the chance to feel good about his career. You get a guy like that and it really makes you sick that you didn't give him that opportunity," he said.
