    I dreamt of an old friend. High School fling. I know that person is married, but suddenly popping into my subconscious means something. Thought of happy things and memories.

    Character and Confidence are at the top of that list. Secondary would be financial status, plus connections and past friendships. Usually, if they have been friends for the long time, plus there has been trust that has built overtime, then it goes to a different level of relationship after.

    I've thought of this a thousand times, whether life abroad is better than living here. Pros outweigh the Cons, but I'd rather live and stay here and then take a vacation abroad. I've seen my family and friends living abroad, and it's hard. Yeah, high pay and good life, but the difference in culture and being "home" still lacks. But at this stage of my life, I'm still very much open to anything if there's an opportunity, why not.

    Lego collections are expensive nowadays. When I was a kid, I just throw around these blocks. But now, buying the Speed Champions F1 cars are expensive!

    For daily commute, I have an Airpods and Marshall earphones. For work and travel, Sony Mach4 is the best. Noise cancelling premium at its finest.

    As a person who used to work at a real estate development company, if you want short term, go for condo. If you want stability and asset that you can acquire and sell in the future, go for house and lot. Many might not know that when you acquire a condo unit, you only have 49 years to “own” it. Afterwards, the condo developer has the rights to do whatever they want to that property. In short, it’s like a long term lease and not actually owning that propery. So go for a good path of having an actual title that is named on your behalf.

    By experience, this is a recipe for disaster. I tried dating some officemates before, and most of the time it doesn’t work well. Most especially that the office politics works within your way, you’ll end up being on the wrong end of the relationship. As they say, business is business. Work is work. And stay at that and don’t go beyond.

    Bought my PS5 last 2022. I thought that there would be super exclusive and AAA games that would launch. 3 years in, it’s like more on the same as the old gen and PC. Oh well. No new games for the moment. Plus the PS Plus Subscription is getting expensive by the moment.

    MPBL has a lot of potential, kaso may halong pulitika yung league eh. It can be a good alternative outside of the PBA, since PBA is just SMC and MVP teams battling it out.

    Not so humid and hot night. I was able to sleep longer than I thought. Cross fingers that even if it's hot, tonight would be good.

    Jordan 11 Concordes was my all-time favorite. So much so, when the Jordan 11 Gratitude came out, I bought it. Wore it only twice, since it's not comfortable at all on my feet. (Signs of old age! Haha!)

    MJ all day. Well for the kids nowadays, it's Lebron, but in terms of basketball impact and how it lasts up until today, MJ is the GOAT!
