  1. The Lakers finally win. 46 more wins for a free bj for each Laker.

Lakers lose again to the NBA champs. The Lakers are the worst in the West and second worst in the NBA after the Sixers as we speak. Will they be able to get a free bj from the porn star at season's end?

If only the free bj will also be given to its fans, am sure this celtic fan will suddenly cheer for the lakers

The Celtics thread is very quiet.

The lakers won vs. the celtics. 2-0 na this season

  3. news has been spreading, pacquiao did it intentionally to make gayweather vs pacquiao possible.

It could be true but we'll probably never know the truth. Personally, I doubt if it was the case judging from his post fight reaction. Besides, that was too close to be "intentional". Imagine, he has to win the last 4 rounds to win. Unless, the judges were part of the syndicate

  4. may ganun pala...

Thus most likely baka hindi pa pasado sa Senate. The last I know is that the Senate wants the President to certify the bill as urgent so they could fast track it. The palace did not certify. So most likely it was not passed before the Senate took a break.

It that is the real scenario, then the bill will have to go through the normal process but once approved it should become a law within 30 days unless the President objects.

  5. The Bill needs the President's signature for it to be enacted as a law. Sadly we elected a bum president, saka lang yan mapipirmahan pag nabalita na yan sa Showbiz Patrol or tinitira na ni Douthit or Eala si Kris.

The President may sign the bill into a law, or veto all or part of it. The bill becomes a law if, within 30 days after receiving it, the President fails to sign or veto the bill. The bill, even if vetoed by the President, also becomes a law when Congress overrides the veto by a 2/3 vote of all its Members. http://www.congress.gov.ph/audience/index.php?users=students

    Has the rules been changed?

  6. Galing kumambiyo ... pag salpok sa dead end sabay bwerta.

I think its your thinking that's off tangent if you didn't get what I'm referreing to about the issue on hand about forcing Fajardo to play for SG despite his unwillingness to to so.

I think its clear kung ano un pinupunto ko at this point. It not about who is better between Fajardo and AVO.

  7. Galing kumambiyo ... pag salpok sa dead end sabay bwerta.

I think its your thinking that's off tangent if you didn't get what I'm referreing to about the issue on hand about forcing Fajardo to play for SG despite his unwillingness to to so.

  8. Say what?

Si then Defense Chief Enrile played a role in suppressing human rights.

So if you wanna force Fajardo to play you may have to implement Martial Law. That's what's on my mind.

  9. Does this mean that the decision of Fajardo's school supersedes national interest? unsure.gif

I don't know ... you may wanna ask the DND if playing BASKETBALL would fall under the classification of NATIONAL INTEREST first.

So kung may mali man si Fajardo or ang school hindi professionalism kundi nationalism (or un pagkamakabayan nila)

  10. Well just because Fajardo refuse to play for SG does not mean he's unprofessional. Pwede siguro questionin un pagka-makabayan niya.

Kung totoo ang chismis na hindi siya pinayagan ng school niya to play for SG then you can actually admire his professionalism kasi nirerespeto niya un unang agreement/commitment niya with his school.

  11. When there is a Piso SALE, Cebu Pacific is hands down the cheapest. We were able to book Singapore back and forth for four people for only 15T, when they had their sale early this year. So that is roughly 4T per person round trip!

But if there is no SALE, Jetstar is the cheapest coming from Manila (not Clark). Roughly around 8T per person round trip. And this was during the peak F1 season.

I think Tiger Airways will start travelling from Manila (NAIA) soon. If they do, Tiger Airways might be a good choice too. I just find it too tiring to go all the way to Clark just to save a few hundred pesos. Which more likely would be spent on gasoline cost going to Clark.

Got the 888 fare from Air Phil for next summer. Cost less than P2.8K per person RT. Downside is you get to arrive in Singapre around 9pm and the flight back to Manila arrive past midnight.

Can't you answer the question with a yes or no peithe? I was asking you if you'd pick Barkley over Kareem and Hakeem and not Bol over Hakeem and Kareem.

Well madaming GM ang nagkamali sa pagpili ng matangkad over skills so "you can't teach height" should not be the end all be all of such an argument.

Obviously kung same talent level kunin mo un mas malaki.

We've been talking a lot of hype about Greg. The fact of the matter is that the guy have not really proven himself. Yes he has improved but to say he's now among the best big man in Asia is still far fetch. Aguilar is supposedly better than Greg when he joined the team but have we seen any drastic improvement on his game? At the end of the day we saw SG asking for Asi's help. Ibig sabihin nun, kahit na si Asi is nearing the twilight of his career e mas may ibubuga pa siya kumpara sa dalawa at this point.

Si Limpot nun 1st year sa UAAP sobrang bano pero nun 2nd year niya sobrang laki ng improvement and he went on to be one of if not the best big man in the league.

We can't teach height ... we've hear this phrase time and again. I believe this is true then. Remember the time of Shan Tao the gentle giant of China as well as the above 7 ft players of Japan and S. Korea who are tall but are not agile/athletic. But these players are unguardable once they are in the shaded lane since opposing players are smaller. All they need to do is tip toe for a twinner inside the paint. These days, the opposing 7 footers are not only tall but are agile and skilled as well. In this regard, I don't think the you can't teach height mentality should still weight a lot. It could be more of a liability in the end. I think I'd rather have a Barkley on my team than a Bol...I hope you guys see what I mean.

Going back to AVO, yes dapat isama siya sa SG team B. But to pin our hopes this early on the guy and say Marcus, Greg, Japeth and AVO will form a formidable frontline for us ... well sa SEA GAmes yes but sa FIBA Asia, these guys will face strong competition. Time is not really with us since you still need to develop the guy.

  14. Do you know anything at all about Van Opstal?

oo naman ... have heard various feedback on the kid. Kaya ko nga nasabi take Quinito's article with a grain of salt.

  15. Don't flatter yourself. How else could I have known about AVO except through Quinito Henson's column. Is it important that I mention it to you? Too insignificant. Tsk tsk.

Again, the topic here is AVO and Frankie Lim. Why the suddent diversion to Toroman?

Sagutin mo muna kung ikaw si rooster69ph at si celts......By the way, yung questions ko din kay Hollinger sagutin mo dun sa ibang thread bago ko sagutin yung tanong mo. Madami akong questions na hindi mo nasagot. Quid pro quo fair-weather fan.laugh.gif

there are various sources to know more about the kid ... again as you claim shows how much you know about this kid
