  1. What I'm realizing more, based on my own research, is that there must be some truth to the Atkins diet. The keto diet is basically just patterned after that in some way. However, what is interesting in both is that it points to sugar to be the culprit to weight gain, and not eating fat/high cholesterol diet. I am still trying to weigh that in, even though I am on a modified keto diet (modified since I do not take in too much high fat even though keto diet would emphasize more on high fat/high protein to replace carbs/sugar; instead I am more into vegetables, fruits and seafood). I would say that to still be careful with taking in too much high fat/cholesterol food, just to be safe. But definitely it seems more and more that the real culprit aren't those but rather carbs and sugar.

  2. Much better if you look or has found your twin flame. Soulmates is basically that--it is your mate, though that doesn't mean that that soulmate would be for life. There are soulmates who will only journey with you up to a point; once both of you have accomplished your goals, you go your separate ways. And you can meet more than one soulmate in your life. However, there is only one twin flame for you, since a twin flame or twin soul is basically the other half of your soul. But it doesn't mean that once you meet your twin soul, it would be easy: it will depend whether you are the chaser or the runner. Meeting your twin soul can be shocking, especially if you're not prepared for it, so it can be confusing if you see someone who you feel is really for you but he or she avoids you or tries to distance from you, even though you feel that attraction is more than just physical and you know or feel he or she also feels the same way. It might be he or she is your twin soul, but as a runner he or she is so shocked at meeting his or her other self that the tendency of the runner is to distance themselves, at least until the time that they come to terms or has a soul awakening and begins to accept you as his or her twin soul.

  3.

    Bro, we're pretty much about the same size and concerns. I used to wear a size 44 pants. I'm down to size 42, but it's already a little loose. I tried regular fit size 40, it will fit but a little uncomfortable. My real goal is to be around size 38 regular. I used to weigh about 110 kgs. (242#), now I am down to 101 kgs. (222#) I am 5'8" heavy & wide build. My goal is about 95 kgs. (210#) for the year 2018.

    I'd like to know what do you mean by:

    1. water fast;

    2. refeeding;

    3. intermittent fasting (16:8)+keto.

    I can see the results that you have achieved. In my case, it's just been dieting with less rice and also switching to brown rice. Almost no red meat nor pork. I tried vegan diet for one month but it made me anemic. Almost no fats, sugar and salt diet too. My weight has been the same for the last 3 months at 101-102kgs. I'd like to try what you did. I am also thinking of an exercise program.

    Water fast means you drink a lot of water so that when you eat, you won't eat much since you already feel full. Intermittent fasting is when you generally have a late breakfast or skip breakfast. Basically it's going on a much longer time without food (around 16 hours from dinner). Ketogenic diet is not having any carbohydrates especially rice. Some people combine all three for very fast results but I wouldn't exactly encourage that. I would rather go for one option of those and then stick to it, unless you're morbidly obese.

  4. oo nga no, yung matinding bosesan. Kaya ko kahit mataas pero madaling mapagod at maubos, mas ok nga siguro kung dalawa. May alam ka bang pwedeng bandmates?

    PM me. Nawala ka sa FB. Anyway, to keep things relevant, yes 2018 and still into metal, among other things.

  5. diet, cardio exercise and sit-ups

    Generally, but then weightlifting is actually more efficient to have a flatter stomach since what one does is to actually burn off fat, and muscle is much more efficient in burning fat. So even when you're resting, you still burn calories if you have more lean muscle mass.
