    Meron sana but then di ko na siya nakikita sa Facebook. Ka batch ko nung college and we were into metal then. Last I saw sa Facebook he attended the Slayer concert.

  3. Unlike us guys, girls have more variables when looking for a partner. Sure there must still be physical attraction, but girls go deeper than that. Most girls will want security and a guy they can depend on--in short, the alpha male. So you might be a gosh darned ugly guy, but if you can give her the security she wants, then you just might get lucky. Ever wonder why Manny Pacquiao is chased by hot girls? Yes, because he is rich, and being rich means being able to provide that security and dependability that women want. So being rich is a big, definite plus. But being rich in itself will not make a girl fall for you. She must still see you are an alpha male and can stand up for her and not a pushover--not even for her. Many guys fail this and do many things for the girl they like, but it is ironic that the one they will fall for is the guy who will not give in to her whims. That is why many women find bad boys attractive as well, and again Manny as a boxer is perceived to be sort of a bad boy there.

    Eat real food on right amount. Do no exceed 1500calories.

     

    Calories will depend on height as well as activity level. 1,500 calories might be too low for someone who is very active. For instance, 2,000 calories for me would still be a deficit.     So, for me to maintain my mass I need 2,500 calories. To lose 1 lbs I need to go down to 2,000 calories. 1,500 would be to lose 2 lbs. per week, but that would be too much given that I workout and am also maintaining muscle mass.

     

    2. Cardio work out


    Running, Jogging, Jumping Jacks, Boxing, Zumba, Cycling... sige sama na naten ang sex.

     

    Cardio isn't really that effective in losing weight. It is much better to build muscle mass, since muscle burns calories better than fat. Best would be a combo of nutrition, weight lifting and some cardio. If you're only trying to lose 10-20 lbs, cardio isn't all that much necessary. Cardio could be considered if one is obese or morbidly obese, but then doctor's advise should also be needed.
