  1. yes, I really hate the scene where wolverine tries to get close to phoenix and he only get to burn in the upper portion of his body like the face and the chest.  how come his leathered pants didn't burn at all as what has happened to his shirt? not fair at all, harang hehehhehehe :D ano yun censored na kse heheheh uli

 bad cheetah... if ur phoenix and im wolvie, im willing too put off my pants first as u burn me, that's hot...hehehe

  2. thank goodness for these immitations particularly class A's. now having that fine kicks is never out of reach for most of us. Due to budget constraint, ive been sticking to these fine quality immitations and even had some of them last for 3 or 4 years! and mind you, medyo abusado ako gumamit ng shoes, playing them even on wet asphalt halfcourt and even soak them in floods. whether kung nakatsamba lang ako or whatever, ang tingin ko malaking factor yung structure ng shoes. may shoes kasi na unang napipigtas ung sole sa harap at sa gilid. yung shoes ko na tumagal, iba yung structure ng rubber shoes sa main body, medyo naka yakap sya sa harap and maganda ang pagkakatahi/pagkakadikit.

  3. did u guys sometime wished ur job is to be the designer of nike or adidas shoes? ano kaya ang qualifications to apply for those jobs? nung bata pa kasi ako, i used to draw weird looking futuristic basketball shoes (long before those nike air soles) but now, im really delighted na nagkakatotoo mga drawing ko dati. industrial design ba o fine arts ang dapat i take? looking and salivating at ur collections simply wake up my old childhood fancies...

  4. @crash

    >>> ur definitely a one hell of a shoe collector. hope someday 20 years after u'll put up ur kicks gallery, or rather "museum" and well be able to visit it. more years of collection and u'll be regarded as the "imelda marcos" of basketball shoes...hehehe

  5. :D ur' right bro

By the way, here some more of my collections.

Some of my non-NIKE shoes. It includes my prized Grant Hill signed Fila GH3. :)

And my Adidas KOBE shoes :) Hope you liked it  :thumbsupsmiley:

DAMN! man, meron ka pang reebok "kemp" kamikaze!? naiyak ako sa tuwa, naaalala ko pa nun halos pakamatay ako sa pagtratrabaho bilang crew sa kfc makabili lang nyan (wla kasi imitation nun) but i had to put on some emergency medical expenses first nung naka ipon ako, hanggang sa di na ko nakaipon at tuluyan nang nawala at never na ko nakabili... :(

pinag bebenta mo ba bro? how much if ever? its a lifelong dream pare, buti na lang naligaw ako sa thread na to

  6. ^^^nice one derrick, okey sa listahan ah,

question.... If MJ didnt got his 6 rings because he (kunwari lang kung sakali) has no pippen, no phil jackson, no triangle offense and even no rodman, just his old doug collins and his usual bunch of bullcraps, matatawag ba natin syang Dr. J wannabe? o isang mortal na karibal lang ni dominique wilkins sa dunk? will all of us guys still kiss his ass the way we do , or do howard still call him god (take note of small "g") of basketball?

    nagtatanong lang po...

  7. I would bet on 1996 MJ against a 2006 Lebron or 2006 Kobe anytime

    how about this comparison:

In a pre game press conference before the cavs-wizards 1st round tussle, David Stern warned against the Jordan comparisons. I say, at least right now, there is no comparison. Jordan averaged 28, 6, and 5 as a 23-year old rookie. LeBron is averaging 37, 8, and 6 in the playoffs as a 21-year old.

nope, im not saying lebron will or can surpass MJ. The kid is simply in a far different league of his own, that's why he avoid competing in a slamdunk contest. I'd say dont compare LBJ to MJ, kay oscar robertson o magic johnson pwede pa.

Drexler and Cliff Robinson Bumantay kay Jordan.

u fail to mention the thug toughie detroit pistons whose on the verge of making their 3rd straight championship. nung nalampasan ni michael yun parang dumaan na rin sya ng impyerno na nagkataon nasa basketbal court ang setting. u also fail to mention gary payton and hersey hawkins (both still at the peak of their prime) of the sonics, who guard, defend and hack MJ but still he and the bulls won.(that's a heartbreaker for me, maka-shawn kemp ako nun eh  ) then nung east conference finals between bulls and ur beloved pacers....game seven. tough as hell. and that's the best indiana team i ever saw, i root for them kasi sawa na kong lagi na lang si MJ ang nananalo. damn MJ. he had broke a lot of determined hearts. about utah, the bulls problem against the jazz is definitely not the defense of the jazz but their offense. that dreaded stockton to malone plays itself is tough to decipher. yet ur right, no one in their line up can defensively challenge his airness. how u wish ron artest was born earlier to be MJ's nemesis.

  9. challenge lang mga bro. i just want u to elaborate why jordan is considered to be the greatest cager ever. Since im too lazy to search different nba records, ittatanong ko na lang sa inyo: ano ba ang lamang ni jordan sa ibang nba greats? let's discussed a particular area;

    1. can he brag about having the greatest number of career wins? (definitely Bill Russel had more rings than him.)

    2. Is he the greatest dunker? (i doubt, the dunks of carter or even jrich is more impressive.)

    3. greatest shooter? i had watched him take the 3 point shooting contest and he go nuts with just 5 points, bokya.. but in actual game i think he's the greatest clutch shooter along with reggie miller, lalo na pag crucial moments of the game, sama mo na dun yung sinabi nyang 300(?) games he lost after missing the last shot.

    4. greatest/fiercest competitor? yeah definitely. no question. the thing is, he's not alone. how about Larry Bird?(smile edc), how about the other greats, and other unknowns whose willing to k*ll themselves and anyone who cross their path just to win? MJ is just fortunate his antics sells like a hotcake in highlight reels, and seldom his misses.

    5. Most number of MVP's?not sure about it, please come up with sumthing guys. sya ba may pinaka maraming MVP, di ba si Jabbar? i guess in all his 6 championships, he won all the Champ MVP

1 thing is im really sure of. He's to basketball what Muhammad Ali is to boxing or Tiger Woods in golf or Bill Gates in software. He's the face of the sport called basketball. period. He may not be the best ever in everything but he strikes where it matters most, being the greatest impact player in history of NBA.

SIMM at DIMM b yan dual modules....

    ^_^

thanx brod. anyway, is there a way to adjust the said jumper settings? if ever, how should i do it? again, thnks... :thumbsupsmiley:

  11. anong speed ng 128MB memory mo? even if PC100 sya dapat gagana pa rin sya, mag lowerdown ng speed yung PC133 to become PC100, shared memory ba yung video card mo? If not baka di compatible sa board mo, anong brand ng board at chipset?

  13. mga brod, esp to edc, i think it will be much better if u create ur own Larry Bird thread. this thread is for MJ, we should be talking more about MJ, the +s and even the -'s. nawawalan na kasi ang direksyon ng thread na ito eh. creating ur own bird thread will help u enshrine and worship ur bird. dont wori, magpopost din kaming mga ordinaryong admirer ng isa sa mga greats. post some pics na rin ng idol mo in action, lalo na yungkitang kita ang legs dahil sa maiigsing shorts, para "tigasan" ka rin  :P

  14. Sabi nga ni Scoop Jackson. "There will be another michael jordan but there will never be another Larry Bird"

This time, allow me to pick ur bubble... not because it is said by scoop jackson, so it be. cno ba sya para paniwalaan namin?mas gusto ko pa nga si steve kerr kesa kanya. did he came from heaven to say the truth? "There will be another michael jordan but there will never be another Larry Bird" ....hhhmm, pls elaborate more; (dirk nowitzki only needs some few more cockiness to break that scoop's gospel)... so we may conclude that like scoop, Larry Bird's game is sooo good it also makes ur dick hard  peace... :goatee: :P naintriga tuloy ako, rumenta ako ng cd about ur Larry Legend, to know more and to discover why there are Bird worshippers like you....then okey, i got ur point, like michael, he's such a nasty competitor, he never stop doing everything just to win. Both got extreme competetiveness, really a mark of a Great Player. what i really like about him is his creativity, making the most out of what he have; imagine taking a shot from behind the backboard, that's great... Believe me, if im a NBA coach, i will sell my soul just to get players like him. ultimate player, ultimate competitor...but what makes him different from MJ are their physical ability. Michael is born to fly. His mission is to titillate the fancy of basketball fans who love players scorching the highlight reels. Ung kay Bird naman, utakan. he might not fly, he may not do that power slam or break ankles but his playing IQ levels that of Einstein. sarap maging kakampi. But all in all, it depends upon which type of game you want to.. Imagine NBA na walang mga dakdakero, walang MJ, walang kobe, walng Lebron, sa tingin mo, sino manonood ng NBA?baka magsara sila nyan, maybe the few population of ur like, that i like to call fundamentalist. masama din naman kung puro mga pa showtime ang mga players ng liga coz this will be a league of air-heads at mike wannabes at walang no-nonsense player na kagaya ni bird, oscar robertson, jason kidd, etc. na teamwork ang inuuna.

in the nutshell, every great player is worthy of his own greatness, no matter what style, no matter how they do it. the players worth lambasting are those highly paid players who didn't give what it takes to fit the billing... those who have the God-given talent but lacks the heart and iron will to call them worthy to be in the league earning easy millions, or those who spoil their fortune wasting it in drugs, alcohols, etc.. there are many.... Darius Miles, Shawn Kemp, Vin Baker, ...or those half-hearted famous high-flying eye-candies who dont give a damn giving their all for the sake of their unfortunate team, like the cousins Vince and Tmac.

  15. i still consider that MJ's jumper in deciding and ultimate game against the Utah Jazz in their 98 championship is MJ's last and the icing on his more-delicious-than-a-cake career. Nung nagbalik sya ng NBA as a wizard, wala na, i just consider him a a trying hard, glory-hungry has-been player. remember nung last all-star nya, ipagpilitan ba naman si jordan na tumira ng deciding shot against the west all star as if it was scripted, even the opponent let him take it, pero sablay. sayang, mas maganda pa rin sanang career ending shot yung "the shot" nya nung 98. I was in manila city hall then and nung mga crucial period of that game, never i've seen all the people stop and hold their breath and celebrate madly nung tinira na ni MJ yung game/crown winning shot, parang isang magandang pelikula...

  16. maybe we agree on that, the mere mention of the term "greatest" is too broad to name a person. But i think its not right to discredit what others think because ur thinking otherwise. kung para sa iba, i mean sa karamihan si Jordan ang "da Greatest", so it be. choice nila yun. and i think di magandang pakinggan yung porket iba gusto mo at feel mo eh ibig sabihin idi discredit mo yung choice ng iba... unfair... same way i said on my 1st post na; unfair sa achievement ng ibang greatest players ung term na MJ is the greatest, ganun din ka unfair kung di natin i aacknowledge ang nagawa ni Jordan sa NBA, i mean sa basketball, as a whole. James Naismith have invented it but it's Michael who put it into the market...

For me, i look at him more than just a basketball player. i see him as a model on how to approach ur work, ur profession,...with passion. He never leave any stone unturned when it comes to improving his craft and being the best as he can be. Isa syan sa mga nag influence on how to approach my job, my profession... So kahit sino pa yang idol mo, kahit anong laro nya, see to it kung ano ba ang matututunan mo sa kanya, di lang ung na eentertain ka nya.
