Anyone passed by Commonwealth and Quezon Avenue this morning? The last time I saw that many cops was during the 1986 People Power revolution. I don't expect my president to be a genius in economics, or foreign relations, or that he's the next Napoleon Bonaparte. But I expect him/her to display qualities that are "presidential" and that includes being able to speak in complete sentences. I don't care if it's in English, Tagalog, or bisaya. Heck, Manny Pacquiao can speak in clear, complete sentences in both English and Tagalog. Why can't our Oxford student do the same?
