Based on experience, LAHAT ng motel dito sa Sta Mesa hit and miss. Walang masasabing consistent na maganda ang lahat ng rooms. I frequent Rose Garden, Town and Country, Gardenia, etc. pero lahat inconsistent. Pero normally pag kilala ka na nila eh pwede ka magrequest, sabihin mo gusto mo ung magandang room.

Ang consistent lang pala is Queensland... LAHAT NG ROOMS MADUMI AT DINGHY! :upside:

Paid a visit to HALINA the other night and surprisingly laki ng improvements nila. Parang mas ok pa sila ngayon sa mediocre service ng Rose Garden(though amenities are good).

Value for money talaga & here are the rates na naalala ko. (all day)

720 for a full 24 hrs

200+ ung 3 hrs & 300+ yung 5hrs.

Food here are reasonable priced too. Adult channel is channel 33.

Had my 1st experience with SOGO (Sta Mesa) a couple of nights ago. Paid 585 for 6hrs (regular rate of 650 + 10% discount) It was a pleasant experience as the rooms were clean, medyo maliit lang yung CR. I also like the soft red lights. Their cheeseburger, fries wd drink was delicious & only for 67php.

Pag pasok mo sa entrance a roomboy/guard will guide you to an available room tapos ipapark mo yung car dun and icoclose nila yung parang retractable door. then minsan ichecheck muna nila yung room. You have the option na wag muna pababain sa car yung kasama mong girl hanggang sa lumabas yung boy and just tell the boy na itatawag mo na lang sa counter/reception kung gaano kayo katagal. Then check mo sa likod ng door ng room dhal dun nakapost yung rates. after deciding, call "0" for operator/room service. hth

Nope hindi lahat, sa iba they play it using DVD (malamang pirated) for others you can avail PERO pay per view, parang sa hotel. Rose Garden & Ligaya has no FREE adult channel.

The recent bouts of Pacman are fighters who are old or aging or over the hill. Now that Hatton and Mayweather (both Pacman's age group) are signifying that they each want to challenge him, Pacman goes on TV hinting at retirement?

 

Pacman's actions tell me what I already know. He is a bully of aging boxers trying to get a last hurrah while capitalizing on Philippine nationalism to make himself look good.

I disagree as well. As far as I can recall, wala namang tinanggihang challenger si Manny. David Diaz and Erik Morales as mentioned by the poster before me appeared to be a genuine top contenders as well.

Also, it's Manny's trainer/coach's job to look for his opponent & he does not pick who he wants to face. Siguro at this point it's more of the "lack of formidable opponent in his weight class"

For those who continuously make fun of the way Manny speaks in English, based on my observation he has improved a LOT. Way better than some people working in the call center.
