RCBC BRANCH NEAR THE MAKATI SPORTS CLUB. THE MALE (OPERATIONS HEAD, I THINK) IS VERY ARROGANT! I HAD A DEPOSIT TRANSACTION INVOLVING A PLDT DIVIDEND CHECK (ISSUED BY THE WAY BY THIER HEAD OFFICE) WHICH THEY REFUSE TO HONOR FOR DEPOSIT. THE TELLER WAS EXPLANING SOMETHING LIKE IT NEEDS CONFIRMATION FROM THE HEAD OFFICE BUT THIS MALE EMPLOYEE ABOVE KEEPS ON BUTTING IN AND ARROGANTLY TREATS LONG TIME CLIENTS LIKE MYSELF WITH MATCHING "DABOG"!

i HOPE CHAIRPERSON HELEN DEE DOES SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ARROGANT ATTITUDE OF THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH PERSONNEL!

can anybody contribute by posting eateries within the salcedo area where an ordinary office employee can have a sumptous but reasonably priced lunch everyday. From jolly jeeps and office building canteens that are open to the public, i think this info would be very helpful. Preference to those places where one can have lunch from say P50 to P120 per person. syempre hindi kasama mga fastfoods like kfc,jollybee, etc. preferably hidden canteens in buildings around the area that are open to the public.

let me start off.

citibank canteen, 8th floor. Although officailly off limits to public from 12 noon to 1pm, not being strictly implemented. lunch with rice and 2 viands can go for less that P70.

22nd floor, bdo plaza, paseo de roxas, bldg beside citibank. serves set lunches as low as P90-120.

there's a turoturo on the ground floor of valero carpark, near the quickly stand. viands at about P40 each.

soho at paseo CENTER has toppings for p108.

the canteen of the makati stock exchange also offers reasonably priced lunch for less than P100.

ANYbody has info on canteens in the nearby bldgs that are open to walk ins, i.e ucpb, china bank, phil savings, dbp etc

is this true. same selections ba like the other weekdays?

trying to decide between days hotel or taal vista for my family this coming long weekend.

Recently went to tagaytay and checked into the Tall Vista Hotel. It's been renovated and upgraded since the last time i went there. Best part is that the room was cheap because of my SM advantage card. I got 30% off the room rate. I'd definitely recommend it to whoever wants a special night up there. Happy Tagaytay tripping.

yeah i remember Goddah, food there was great and prices were reasonable.  :cool:

 

saw a new Goddah in Buendia near the corner of South Super Highway, haven't tried it though.

these is one along west avenue, qc, but sadly, masyadong overpriced!

kami we go to chinatown, best and cheapest buffet eat all you can in the area, mini shabu shabu, tasty dumplings and the chinese restaurant carinderia style sa tabi will give you your money's worth. pwedeng pang araw araw

I think this is the best hotel in the whole country.

enjoy ung kids. fish feeding right on the beach.

another 50 meters from shore, we went snorkling a the view was fantastic. Big and colorful fishes swim right by you and you caN FEED them by hand if youbring some bread which the staff will give you for the purpose.

expensive but worth it.

been planning to go to hk disney but turned off by the idea of long lines for every ride or attraction.

is this still a fact at this time? because its so frustrating to spend more time lining up during your one day stay?

anybody been there lately to confirm this?
