    My daily scent - D&G light blue (na malapit ng maubos!) I intend to buy aficionado lang! Hahaha! Eh sayang eh! Wala pang pambili ng orig eh, anyway magkasing bangi naman, and i sprayed everywhere, maski sa car, para di sayang, but I do have number of other perfumes din. (Na di ko nagagamit, mas prefer ko yung subtle na amoy ni D&G kahet kaamoy ko yung tindera sa Divi sa so sobrang dameng gumagamit sa kanya, oks lang.)

    At mga no name na na se sales talk sa aken sa Mall. Basta mabango. At least kapag me nangengelam ng perfume collection ko, me mapapa arbor ako, akala nila mamahalin din. (Oy, mahal na rin kasi tig 2k na rin yung iba, pero oks lang)

     

    Ano pa bang maganda ng mapag ipunan.

     

    Wala naman akong signature scent. Depende sa trip ko lang.

    Though di ko trip ang Jo Malone's.

    Siya pa ren ang President for the next 4 years and kahet tumale talembang pa, sabihin na nila ang lahat, siya pa rin ang President and he will call ANY man to help him according to his confidence.

     

    Same as with private sector, Managers would only stay by only the trust and confidence ng me ari ng company

     

    I dont wanna be to political, so thats my take here.

     

    As for me, I am glad he is my President for the next 4 years. It is not good in the system esp to the skin to be bitter and angry. Hehe.

    Me QCA naman siguro sila sa head office at me standards of purchasing.

     

    Mas efficient pa ang mga pharmacist. Di kelangan ng computers, alam ang inventory nila. :)

     

    Oks din sa customer service.

     

    I able to complete my Med Kit, thanks to Generic Pharmacy.

    I noticed my girls perked upon a chest work out program by my trainer.

     

    I do chest fly,

    And chess press rin.

     

    Madameng chest exercises.

     

    What I worry before was my boobs to shrink if I lose weight, but no. It is now perkier.

     

    So therefore I conclude, nakaka increase ng bust size ang mga chest exercises!

    You do your aerobic exercises such as Jogging, running, boxing, zumba or circuit training etc.

     

    You just came from rest, so malamig pa katawan mo and you can really use your heart and lungs to function further.

     

    PM

    Anaerobic exercise such as Lifting weights ... since your body is already warmed up on the day and used your heart and lungs na.

     

    Also, since it is later on that day wherein your energy is already consumed by your day to day activities, it wont give you enough energy to push lungs and heart.

     

    Something like that. Haha.

  6. Count your calories...this one really helps. Record what you eat. Plant based diet is very effective.

    Though I am not Vegan, and really need nutrition coming from meats

     

    This is by far the most effective.

     

    Calorie counting.

     

    It is tideous, but effective.

    Fortunately, SMART has LTE signal dito.

     

    While Globe has H+

     

    I just have to keep a globe number for Globe people to call me via unlicall.

     

    And yeah, both unreliable so youve got to have both for back up.

     

    My viber is SUN.

     

    Whoever have your number automatically update your viber and I dont want that.

  8. If you are lean, no extra flabs, a 5 min cardio is enough.

     

    Enough to exercise the heart.

     

    But if you have extra subcutaneous fats all around the tummy, do at least 20 min cardio. If you can do the HIIT that will make it more effective.

     

    If you dont intend to bulk, and not scared to lose muscles in which you gained so hard with all the supplements you took, do the cardio.

     

    Pero nakakatamad kasi ang cardio. Id rather deadlift, squat and benchpress all day than do my burpees and jumping jacks.

     

    But I need to lose significant amount of subcutaneous fats, and doing cardio can help me achieve that. Trying to achieve at least 70% of my heart rate so I can burn more calories hence I burn more fat.

     

    Diet. Cardio. Weights.

     

    Kung mataba ka, need to do all of that in order.

     

    Now, if hindi mo pa na achieve ang waistline na gusto mo, do not do AB EXERCISES ( just the ab exercises) but OF course do lifting it can give you after burn effect (you still burn calories for 24 hours)

     

    Pag nag ab exercise ka na wala pa sa waistline na gusto mo, titigas lang yan. Mas lalo kang mahihirapan paliitin.

     

    Talk to bodybuilders. I got that information aside from google but from Champions of Body Building competitions.

  9. Were talking for someone who wanted to get smaller tummy.

     

    So I assume, mataas ang calorie intake niya.

     

    1200jkal is needed for BMR.

     

    Therefore 1500jkal is a surefire to lose SIGNIFICANT amount of weight. Obviously, this is too low --- but would be enough to sustain BMR.

     

    As for Cardio --- heart is considered as muscle. In which is in dire need of exercise as well.

     

    Hindi ko iniignore ang lifting, since I do that myself. Pero "tsan" ang pinag uusapan here, not just weight.

     

    You need to do cardio, make your heart healthy before you can carry those heavy weights your trainer intend you to lift.

     

    Me malalaki ang katawan, pero matsan pa rin. Wrong program kasi. They ignore cardio in their program --- lalo na ang diet.

    7. Mountain climbing.

     

    Kung flat naman ang stomach pwede ng:

     

    1. leg raise

    2. Crunches

    3. Variety of sit ups.

     

    Ok naman ang functional work out na ginagawa sa bahay. Puro body weight lang gamet.

     

    Mas madali for me mag gym kasi me machines. Pero sa tingin ko psychological lang din. Nakaka inspire kasi pag me mga kasabay.

  11. Ab work out will only make your midsection hard and stubborn.

     

    To get a nice ab can only be achieved on:

     

    1. Correcting your diet.

     

    Eat real food on right amount. Do no exceed 1500calories.

     

    Diyan nanggaling yung salitang "Abs are made in kitchen"

     

    2. Cardio work out

     

    Running, Jogging, Jumping Jacks, Boxing, Zumba, Cycling... sige sama na naten ang sex.

     

    Kung gusto ng maliit na bewang, wag mag a ab work out kung hindi pa na aachieve ang waistline na gusto ninyo.

     

    Maryosep. Kahet mga 8 hrs pag mag sit up, magkakapilay ka lang sa likod.

  12. Recently since I am out of the office wherein all my clothes were usually into smart casual... and recently turn to casual. I no longer fancy on tops and blouses and heels.

     

    So recently my go to clothes purchases are:

     

    H&M -- with their comfy, nice fitting xs cotton shirts, sports apparel, shorts and skirts.

     

    Forever21 - if I wanted some blouses and dresses in style. And jacket too!

     

    Cotton on - Shirts din. And I like the fitting.

     

    Bench - caps

     

    Oxygen! - their Bieber shirts. (Not fan of JB, but I just like the collection)

     

    Factorie - blouses and dresses

     

    Zara - jackets and skirts.

     

    Levi's - still my trusted denim pants

     

    Yeah, kung kelan nagkaedad saka nagmellow down and dressed down. Hahaha. Well, they have nice fit and nice materials (except for fashion21. I just like the style wherein I can wear once in a while)

     

    When you age, you would rather value comfort than style. Hehe.

     

    They are my brand-to-go-to. :)

  14. When I was younger I didnt realize I bought a chinaphone 6300, in which I thought I had good deal. Malay ko ba, eh bata pa ako nuon.

     

    I sat sa fx and brought out my phone kasi me nagtext, and yung katabi ko lifted his original nokia 6300. Hala, halos gusto kong maiyak not because napahiya or inggit, its just that I feel low.

     

    Ewan ko, but thats just me.

     

    From then on, I never buy replicas.

     

    Either I get the cheaper local brands or would save to buy things I want.

     

    Or just simple, makuntento kung anong meron.

     

    I always wait for ANYTHING ON SALE. Thats the time I can stash some good branded items that is at least saved me a bit.

     

    If someone would say that there is no difference between original and replica --- well, I should always feel meron pa ren.

     

    No. Ill just be happy with my little items, at least authentic than cramped my closet with fakes. Less clutter pa. :lol:
