Basta treat it as cash muna siguro for starters, pangdailies like electric bill, grab, kain sa labas and alike. Nakakuha ako worth 12kphp last December dahil sa use ng credit card since may mga promo sila and points na convertable to cash. And always ask yourself if may big purchase na "is it a mindful expense?"

Discipline ng mga tao and ilagay kasi sa pwesto sa government yung may mga alam sa ginagawa nila, to hell with the padrino system Tingnan nila yung mismong problema first hand iexperience nila yung commute system kahit ilang araw lang para makita nila kung ano yung mga pwedeng iimprove lalo na LRT / MRT etc.
