  1. Major cities in China is really worth traveling to for both leisure and business. I think there’s just this negative propaganda against China, but I think China is pretty good country to travel to. Culture, shopping, food, and business trips.
  2. Budget tip is to really plan your own trip, book your own stay and plan your own itinerary. Try staying in hostels, book Eurail pass ahead of time. Backpacking is key to traveling easily.
  3. Reading a book always helps me fall asleep faster. The dilemma is when the book gets good, and you want to continue on reading.
  4. Marvel does better live action in my opinion, but DC does so well in their animated movies. In comics though I do prefer the storylines of DC over marvel. DC did a better reboot too. The new 52 was better than marvel now.
  5. Just finished watching From the World of John Wick: Ballerina. Highly recommended, you guys should try to catch it, if you love John wick or action in general.
  6. The Taking of Pelham 123 By Travolta and Washington was actually a reboot of the 1974 same name movie. I liked the 2009 movie better.

  11. Went here back in 2012, total cost for the hike with transport, lodging at inn with food, porter etc etc was less than 10k. Wanted to go back and checked the prices it’s 30-40kphp per head now. It’s wild that the price went up so much.
  12. Invest in good luggage like Rimowa. For long haul flights, airport look could make or break your comfort. Make sure you wear comfortable loose clothing when you know you have a long stopover or if your flight in general is +4 hours. Bring a good book, download podcast or movies to keep you entertained. Don’t forget chargers and power bank should be in arms reach, always charge your phone or power bank when you can in airports.
  13. Wine tour in Napa Valley is definitely a must for wine lovers. Definitely worth it and the place is beautiful together with good wine.
  14. If you have the budget or stumble upon a promo, try staying with Crimson. I prefer their beach front compared to Shang. Also the breakfast buffet in Crimson is very good.
  15. Fitness tourism! I love going to countries with lots of fitness gyms. Bkk is one of them. I always try to workout early in the morning when I travel for vacation, so that I wouldn’t feel super guilty when I eat out. Bkk has so much fitness option for all the fitness buffs, CrossFit, bodybuilding, cycling etc etc. not to mention shopping in bkk is cheaper than other Asian countries, aside from Japan.
  16. I go for their contrast water therapy thing. Where you spend time in a super hot bath, then jump into ice cold water, rinse and repeat. Body feels relax and ready the next day.
  17. If you compare the sand and water quality to Boracay, boracay is better, but everything else, Bali is much better. They have better and cheaper hotels and resorts. So much choices when it comes to food. Fitness facilities left and right. What I don’t like about going to Bali, are the flight times.
  18. I would have to agree with this. Been there a couple of times, very good amenities. Ease of booking the place, no hiccups. The rooms are very clean, you know that the sheets are always new. You can sleep here knowing you’re in good hands. You cannot go wrong with windjammer or casa Fides
  19. If you can get it over the counter it won’t work. Things that are prescribed by doctors, with high risk are the ones that usually work. Like ozempic… chances of vision loss and higher risk of cancer shoot up, but you see celebrities taking them and working. If you’re willing to go blind and get cancer to lose weight, then go see a doctor to try and get prescribed.
  20. Dieting can be very hard, especially when you don’t know what to eat or don’t have the time to cook your own food. Suggestion is to try to stick on a meal plan, it just has to be a credible meal plan. It can be expensive, but how much would you pay to lose weight or lose some fat.
  21. Caloric deficit. Just try to hold on during your diet, you will feel hungry, that’s your body’s response when you’re in a deficit. If you’re not getting hungry during your diet, you’re doing something wrong, especially when you’re not losing weight.
  22. I usually listen to country music, but if its a long aerobic piece, anything thats underground techno to help you keep in the zone.
