Spent alot of money on bills and insurance, so wont be able to have a spa day this month. Hello ulit Mariang Palad hahah.

Noted bro thanks for this. Would love to find more spas similar, or even much better than 7S. But for now, i’ll be taking my time in this establishment. Cheers bro.

FR of a First Timer at Seven Senses Finally got to try Seven Senses, and I can say na I really enjoyed my first visit. Palagi kasi ako naghahanap ng spa na kumpleto yung facilities (sauna, steam bath, shower, etc). So far, Sultan Spa sa Marcos Highway and Crystal Spa sa Gil Fernando yung mga natry ko, pero sauna lang meron sa kanila. Meron pang iba pero not worth to add here. Between the three, S7 definitely has the best facilities hands down. First time ko dito kaya medyo kinakabahan ako since malaki and very professional looking yung establishment. Buti na lang similar yung flow sa ibang spas. I went for the 800 massage and since wala akong idea kung sinong thera pipiliin, I asked the receptionist kung sino yung magaling sa hard massage. Out of the names she mentioned, random pick na lang ako kay Solen para makita ko muna yung standard ng massage dito. After paying, I was given a key, slippers, towel, and disposable trunks, then shown to the locker area. Pagpasok ko sa steam bath area, na impress ako sa ganda ng facilities. While sitting in the middle pool, napansin ko may brown na papel sa may gilid ng pool na may listahan ng names, may nakaiwan ata. Assuming therapists yun, natawa na lang ako at binalik ko kung saan ko nakita. Sayang di ko na memorize, baka Top Theras list pala yun hahaha. Since first time ko, around 10 minutes lang ako sa steam bath. Di ko na muna tinry yung sauna kasi medyo na light headed. Will probably try next visit. For Solen, masasabi kong mataas yung FV/BV niya, curvy in the right places, pleasant voice, and professional yung attitude. As for the massage, magaling siya sa hard massage with stretching. Tagal ko nang di narinig mag crack yung likod ko sa hilot. Sa legs, doon ko na feel na medyo naging sensual yung hagod and touch, with onting daplis kay junior which I obviously welcomed. Pero pinaka-enjoy ko talaga yung head massage. Dito ako pinaka relaxed, to the point na nakakatulog ako. After the massage, she asked if there was anything else I wanted. I asked if theres anything “extra” sa services, and ended up getting the standard 1k HJ. Enjoyed it naman since hindi siya mechanical, pure sensual yung mga hagod and hawak both hands. Afterwards, nag request ako ng coffee, gave her a good tip, then relaxed muna before changing and heading out. Overall, successful first visit sa Seven Senses. Definitely one of the better spas I’ve tried when it comes to facilities, and I’d likely become a regular here. Next time, baka ibang theras naman ang subukan ko and make a quick list of my experiences with each one. Question lng sa mga regulars dito. Napansin ko na may mga pangalan ng therapist sa reception desk na naka kulay red, may pinagkaiba ba yun sa black names? And if meron paba kayong mga recommended theras diyan hahaha. So far FR lng to para sa mga gusto mag try sa seven senses, im not really someone who usually does frs but decided to make one for my first time here. Happy hunting fellow gms

Always wanted to own a licensed firearm for home defense but don’t have any experience with guns. Is this event a great way for beginners to familiarize themselves with firearms and perhaps purchase one?

If only i had known GL was closing sooner, I would have made time for one last session. It has always been my go-to spot in the east where I have always received excellent service. I’ve met many wonderful people here and learned alot about the industry. It’s difficult to accept that the next time I visit sta lucia, I won’t be able to step into this building again. I sincerely hope that everyone who worked there finds new opportunities moving forward.

What fucking luck. Looks like i wont be able to go to any spas anytime soon May nahanap family member ko na app, Life360. Basically makikita nila kaagad kung nasaan ka palagi sa maps using your Cellphone as the GPS hahahaha. Worst part is i have no excuse not to download dahil baka maging suspicious sila na bat ayaw ko magpakita ng location, and they know i always have my phone on me so i cant really leave it at home. Well shit what now lol
