patay na kuko sa paa. nabagsakan accidentally ng dumbells.
strained shoulders. from pressing heavy ng walang warm-up.
pwede ba isama LBM? napasobra sa inom ng creatine..

- i own a pair of very weak ankles. yung pinakamalala ay yung 3rd degree sprain sa left ankle ko. muntikan nang mapunit ang ligamets ko. nadale kasi ako sa isang practice nung high school. naka-cast siya for two months.
- na-mcl na ko sa kanang tuhod three years ago. hanggang ngayon medyo masakit pa rin.
- i suffered a cut under my jawline a year ago. nasahod ako nung isang laro namin. 4 stitches.
- tatlong peklat sa kaliwang tuhod. grade school pa ko nun. naghahabulan kami nung mga kalaro ko, e nadapa ako...

Sa workout lang ba?

Hamstring injury, nasobrahan ng Hamstring flex. Bago kasing machine, di pa sanay at di pa ramdam ang tamang weight kaya nasobrahan.

Ang hirap maglakad, umupo ako sa bench ng ilang minutes muna. At para palang umaakyta sa puso yung cramps?

Madami dami na tayo niyan.

Basketball:

ankle sprains
hyper extended my elbow
my temple got busted twice and required stitches
torn miniscus and partially torn ACL

Boxing:

popped out my shoulder during sparring
the usual busted lip and bloody nose
ruptured my eardrum


Weight training:

rotator cuff injury

i always get cramps sa running ko (either jogging, basketball, cardio stuff)

Right knee injury from jogging for almost 20 kilometers in over 2 hours with a 15-kilo backpack.

i once injured my chin nung tumama sa handle bar ng treadmill. i was running at an angle of 30 degrees in prep for my upcoming climb when the machine jammed. i forgot to get off the machine asap when it suddenly started running again. haha i slid off to the floor. lucky day for me i just had a contusion. a laceration could be worse.

Masakit ang Left Leg ko, kasi kahapon nag 8 straineous games ako sa Bowling.

Pero kaya pa naman tiisin ang kirot, kahit laging ramdam pag naglalakad.

Nag try ako ng boxing sa elorde, nung nag floor exercises na nag cramps yung neck ko, akala ko heart attack na cramps lang pala... dapat pala wag masyadong manggigigil pag suntok. <_<

badminton: sprained ankle :cry:

I got too lazy to do stretchings before workouts and it gave me a very excruciating backpain for a week! Couldn't bend over, walk properly, etc.
