razrramon Posted May 17, 2006 Share Posted May 17, 2006 get lots of sleep. you can eat whatever you like but in moderation, especially those with high cholesterol and calories. tried going to the gym but it's so hard to find an inexpensive gym in makati that will really guide you to getting in shape. anybody knows where i can enroll in makati area that's not as expensive as fitness first or golds gym?
