it should be a combination of compound and isolation, it depends on the muscle that you want to develop.

Different strokes for different folks. I generally tend to start with heavy compound movements and then move on to isolation exercises towards the end of my routine for smaller muscle groups.

mix up your routine with both iso and compound. both have their pro's and cons

Compound. It exercises the synergies between the various muscles and the joints as well.

Fish is a good substitute kung nagsasawa ka na chicken breast. Tuna, Salmon, Tilapia, are all good choices.

Then there is always lean red meat. A little fat is ok too because you need that to up testosterone anyway.

 

Take some good kind of fats too. Olive oil did wonders for me

Compound para sa over-all na pagpapalaki mo. yung isolation madalas dun lang sa mga lagging body parts na gusto mong i-habol

Well, ultimately, it doesn't matter which you choose. What matters is that you stick to what gives you your desired results. Living healthily and happily trumps all.

compound para sa mga hardgainer na kagaya ko. ramdam at kita ko ang effects. parang espa/MP iyan na YMMV. lalo na kung natigil sa ensayo. balik lampayatot nanaman ako.

Compound and Isolation exercises go hand in hand. Compound lifts are pretty much "king" for muscle building as it targets different muscle groups at the same time. On the other hand, isolation exercises can be beneficial when you have lagging muscle part that you want to specifically improve on to build more muscle.
