Manticore
If you're a heavy drinker, then the good news is that when you reduce your consumption of alcoholic beverages considerably (if not quit altogether), the first thing to go is your tummy. Ditto for softdrinks and sweets. Abdominal exercises will help firm and tone this area. Quote Link to comment

obiwan662003
What I did was go on water therapy. I lost 15 lbs. in one month. There are downsides such as being thirsty and relieving yourself frequently but it really works as your intake of food is lessened considerably.I suggest that after trying it for a month that you go back to your usual routine. roxysnonie
 seriously? increase your metabolic rate! how? do stairs, instead of elavators/escalators, one good exercise is climbing stairs by two steps at a time, try and hold your breath as you do so as long as you can. do a 15 stair double step climb, slowly at first, then go faster as you progress. go down as fast as fast can. get good cardio-vascular, legs and concentration workout from this.  eat for energy, if your goin to work, do so. goin to sleep or rest, dont!drink fluids or juices with toast bread(garlic bread), do so in a month, watch urself slim down really fastcut down on softdrinks, go nuts donuts, starbucks frapps, wanna get drunk, shift to jack daniels. anonymongoose
60 sit-ups a day usually handles it. oh, and don't use any weights while ur doing ur sit-ups (i.e. holding free weights while doing a sit-up) coz it'll actually make ur abdomen look bigger. i ain't playin' it has been scientifically proven!
