Now that the Holiday Season has ended kasama na ang kaliwa't kanang kainan at pagpupuyat, let's make it a goal to jumpstart today and maintain a healthy lifestyle this year.

Good afternoon.

Please help

Surgery is usually reserved for severe cases, those that cannot be managed conservatively or less interventional methods - i.e. by ice therapy, massages, shoe modifications, anti-inflammatory medications, steroid injections, etc. Try to ask about these treatments from your doctor or go to a physiatrist (physical medicine specialist) or podiatrist (very difficult to find) for more of the spectrum of treatment choices.

this is a MEDICAL thread.

And all medical inputs / opinion / pieces of advice that posters receive here come from legitimate  and board-certified health care practitioners.  It is basically unethical for us to recommend the option of elective abortion , much more recommend a place where it could be done.

My apologies but I don't think we could help you with this one.

More illegal than unethical. The ethical aspect is still up for debate.

Meron po ba tayong mga friends na physicians dito na pwede tumulong sakin? I need a back-dated med cert sana for flu. I had fever, cough and cold kasi last night so I was absent. I did not go to see a doctor and just self-medicated. Emergency rooms lang kasi ng hospitals ang pwede kong puntahan at such a late hour. I'm willing to pay the consulation and med cert fee. Yun lang kasi tatanggapin ng HR namin. Thanks in advance. Paki-PM na lang po ako.
