I have a question about my current health. I found that lahat naman is within the normal range since meron naman silang nilalagay na reference values pero may napansin lang ako. I'm obese around 250lbs weight and medyo sedentary ang lifestyle. Working at home and walang masyadong physical activity aside sa paminsan-minsang pag gagala. Follow up check up ko kasi is next week pa so medyo anxious ako dun sa nakita kong result. Sana I can get an idea here. Thanks in advance.

@JohnnyYesPapa-seek consult with GI specialist so that other diagnostic tests  and laboratory exams can be done.

@jasonhernandez-A HbA1c of 7.7% (normal is <6.4%) is considered as diabetic. Its a reflection of your blood sugar control for the last 3 months which is more significant than a FBS of 5.5 mmol/L (normal due to longer fasting time). You are on the heavy side ( 250lbs) and sedentary lifestyle or someone from your parents might have Diabetes Mellitus (DM), are risk factors. Uncontrolled DM can affect your heart, kidneys, eyes and the circulatoty system. DM can be controlled by medications and modification of lifestyle. You need to go through with your check-up with IM-Diabetoligist. Good luck.20230424_210324.jpg.bced12ad8e35fa1d8d31ed5cd81dfd48.jpg

For past 2montha im having sharp pain sa right upper quadrant halos median na.. bearable pain lng mga 2/10 pero halos daily nagmamanifest and meron sya with or without meals...last whole ab ko 6mos ago la nmn nakita.. anu po kaya ito

If wala ka gallstones 6 months prior, suggest a gastroenterologist consult. This is assuming na ok kung saan ka nagpagawa ng ultrasound mo.

Its possible to have normal ECG result and dont pick up in the tracing the heart conduction abnormality at the moment the ECG was taken. If you have symptoms, other tests can be performed like 2D echo, holter monitoring, stress test, TEE etc. Consult your cardiologist for a more detailed examination and comprehensive test to determine your heart condition.

A GM Patient went to the doctor "Doc, I have an embarrassing sexual problem" 🥺

the doctor says "Ok, tell me about your sex life, so I will have an idea" 🧐

The GM says "Well, 1st thing in the morning, my wife and I have a quickie sex. Then I go to work and at breaktime my sexy secretary gives me a BJ under my desk,  at lunchtime I go to the Spa to have ES with my fave thera, then after work I go to any MPs in Quezon Ave around 5 to 7 pm. Then coming home, after dinner my wife and I generally hit the bed early for a round of sex, sometimes two or three." 😞

"I see," says the doctor, "and what seems to be the problem?" 🧐

"Well," says the GM, "it hurts when I masturbate."

🤣🤣🤣

If your blood pressure is uncontrolled and it will affect your work/job, the company has the right (just case) not to accept or allow you to go to work. Normally, blood pressure can easily be controlled by combination of anti-hypertensive medicines given by your internist/cardiologist. Uncontrolled hypertension is not physiologic and will do harm to a lot of organs. Consult your physician, so that proper management can be provided.
