Hello, how much would be the total cost for a person in LEA to get a LTOPF and PTCFOR?

Any good treatment po that I can do at home with sprained finger (corbo), I just finished doing RICE method 6 days in na po. Medyo masakit siya unlike any other finger injury that I've had playing basketball. And there's also tightness in the medial area n'ya, hard to bend as well. Btw, left ring finger naman siya so di siya masyado nuisance pero irritating na kasi 'yung feeling. Thank you!
