well, nakaka boost siya talaga ng WORKOUT mo...I have been taking creatine for 2 years now, nag stop ako lang ng once, 2 weeks pero bumalik ako uli, but i don't usually take it on SUNDAYS pag rest days (masyado magastos, LOL)

it can also improve memory and yung mga side effects na pimples are very rare..

i suggest pag nag take ka, wag ka na mag loading phase, direcho 5grams na lang everyday or every training day
