ken_ji_75 Posted October 27, 2010 Share Posted October 27, 2010 grind siling labuyo, saute garlic in olive oil add finely chopped onions, when both are soft add the grind siling labuyo, squeeze lemon or calamansi then simmer until the laburo is soft and a little mushy add sugar (as desired) and keep mixing until sugar fully desolved and blended well with the other ingredients. You now have a sambal that you can mix with vinegar, soy sauce, soups, and as marinade. I mix it with hot steaming rice. Quote Link to comment
