Chi-Chi Posted February 22, 2005 Share Posted February 22, 2005 I usually wake up at 8 am even if I dont have classes and go for a jog. I love jogging, it makes me feel relaxed and free. If I'm too lazy to jog, I always make sure to walk twice the distance. I jog 3 k's a day, so if I'm going to walk, I'm gonna walk 6 km's. Hehe sounds harsh but it isnt! It's fun! I swear! When you're used to it, you wont even see it as exercising, it's just like taking a stroll!
