Its not good for a man to flirt, unless offcorse she does the first move of giving the signal to move in, then thats entirely a different story. The greatest flirt arsenal a man can use is his eyes and his charms, but too much charms would definetly create a playboy perspective to a lady, or to much eye contact would makes her think that youre too easy, she'll probably play with you first, its better if you could act like a mysteriously, shy character, like theres something you want to share to her, to tell her, but only in the way you look into her eyes.
