Robert Mortimer
We saw a game between the golden state warriors and, I think the national team, at the araneta. We were at ringside. I remember jamaal wilkes was really surprised we all knew who he was. They had a FilAm whose name I forgot( Townsend I think) whomwe didn’t pay much attention to. Jamaal Wilkes was really nice and very accommodating. He sat and chatted with us at ringside (our seats were right behind them). Clifford Ray was also nice and funny. Quote Link to comment
Robert Mortimer
Driving around San Lorenzo Vil we went by assumption just to see their reaction to this, “Hi chicks! I’m a Kets!” You can see NA diring diri sila. Back in the day Assumption girls were at the top. Maryknollers we knew were trying hard. Para silang ad ng Avis, “ we try harder because we are second.” Quote Link to comment

Not made locally but locally assembled. Northern Motors assembled them with parts mostly from Australia. Hindi naman sirain, pero kalampagin. toyota/ delta motors were licensed to make certain models like the corona, corolla and the small land cruisers. So did Mitsubishi motors and Ford. my friend owned an auto haus torana with the steinmetz racing kit. Those were really fast cars tuned by yu beng tek’s autohaus along timog. Nakakatuwa kasi he had it for almost 15 years. Quote Link to comment

Marami ring pumapasok noon sa UP na braless. Hindi rin uso ang shaved down there. Quote Link to comment
