My dad bought a used (pre-owned) racer bike (which happened to be a Cinelli with Campagnolo parts) Summertime then were dominated by bike races with Tour of Luzon (which later on became Tour ng Pilipinas and Marlboro Tour) as the most popular and prestigious.
