Magaling
Bro, sige let's trade ( burned copies ) on what we CDs we have. I have on hand the following 60s-70's albums:I'm looking for: 1. A copy or compilation of Andy Gibb ( Everlasting Love, Don't Throw it all Away, One More Look at the Night etc.. ). 2. Anybody have Saturday Night Fever on CD? I have it on VCD but I wanted sana the soundtrack.Let me know if you guys wnat to meet for a Music Trade -- or simply just an afternoo or evenin of listening to old stuf. I can set it up in my residence. =) Nos. 1 & 2....done! I don't have the complete Shadow Dancing album but I have a cd with those Andy Gibb songs you mentioned. Do you want it in cd or mp3 format? I also have the SNF double album. The Rolling Stones Greatest Hits Album: Does that include the song "Ruthless People"? Geez, I'm interested in the Jeff Beck albums (both!). Mine are usually compilations of different artists according to genre etc. For example, Funk: Play that funky music, Superstition, Pick up the Pieces, Brickhouse, Machine Gun, EWF, etc.B4 Swing: Papaya, La Balanga, El Bimbo, Brazil, Love to Love, TSOP, Tangerine, Angel, etc.Swing: Too many to mention. If you can think of any popular swing tune, I am "most likely" to have a copy of it60s w/o the Beatles: Cherish, To sir with love, Bus stop, Because, Mr. Diengly Sad, Distant shores, etc.Beatles: Selections also; not albums per seAfter the Beatles: Selections of JPG&R's hits after the break-upSoul: Ang dami...better if you just tell me which songs you're looking for... ...Or I should I just pm you the complete list of those I have already burned para kopyahin na lang? Because hindi rin naman ako "expert" especially when it comes to early 70s music. (Baka mapahiya tuloy ako! Hahaha!) I just stumble upon them while collecting swing and mobile disco music from the 80s, which is what I really have lots of. Quote Link to comment
Magaling
Papaya by Ursula Dudsziak - when I finally remembered her name I was able to download it from LW...also had Paul Jabara from the same source....and yes, I could do with that copy of Al Jarreau's '65 album hehehe... Medyo hesitant kasi ako mag-LW because I've had horrible experiences in the past. Sometimes, may libreng virus and my laptop actually crashed. Of course I am not 100% sure that was the reason but it's definitely my prime suspect. Still looking for "Trapped in a Stairway".... AJ's 65, done! :thumbsupsmiley: Quote Link to comment
storm
I think I have Trapped in a Stairway kaya lang hahanapin ko pa. Well paburn na rin ng mga cd collections nyo. Magburn din ako tapos exchange na lang tayo kapag nagka-EB. Pwede ba kayo this week? Yung iba kasi inapload ko sa I tunes ko. Pwede akong gumawa ng playlist then burn into cd format. Gusto ko ng Donna Summer, tsaka Pouzzez collection kung sinuman ang mayroon. I have Voyage, 7th avenue, Casablanca, EWF, SNF, etc. Quote Link to comment

AJ's 65, done! :thumbsupsmiley: advanced thanks pare for that '65 AJ - sana nga magkita na tayo hehehe. Yeah LW has also been a prime suspect whenever my PC crashes - but you know, it somehow goes out on bail always. Walang gustong tumestigo eh :upside: Guess Who mga pare ang dami nilang hit. Aside from AMERICAN WOMAN, THESE EYES and that classic FRIENDS OF MINE, they also have NO TIME, SHE'S COME UNDONE, CLAP FOR THE WOLFMAN and some others I can't remember. Also if I'm not mistaken, Randy Bachman was an original Guess Who until he formed his own rock band - Bachman Turner Overdrive... Quote Link to comment
photographer
baka naman meron kayong FRIENDS OF MINE ng GUESS WHO. Share naman. Nostalgic sa akin yun. High school days. Quote Link to comment
sliderule
In HMV here in HKG they have this new download service, you select from a humongous music library, pay about HK$8 per track, then have the option of either letting them download the tracks on your mp3 player, or burn to a CD. When I first saw it, I didn't hesitate, I looked for HUTSON by Leroy Hutson (All Because of You, I Bless the Day, Its Different, Lucky Fellow, Cool Out...etc). I've been looking for this album foryears and when I finally found it para akong naka jackpot sa Lotto! Yung mga iba hinahanap ko wala though, old fusion jazz albums nila Tom Scott and Bob James. Guys, that stall ni Wowee I was telling you about? I was told by some friends that kaunti na lang his 70s rock albums. I guess they dont sell as much as those hip hop nonsense thats going around. But if you guys go there, look for the Billboard 100 mp3 compilation. Meron yung puros 70s so yung top sellers dun sa program ni Casey Casem nung araw sa DZRJ and later sa DWRT, they've got it all....galing. Quote Link to comment
sliderule
Steve Austin, astronaut. A man barely alive. Gentlemen....we can re-build him. We have the technology. We have the capability to make the world's first bionic man. Steve Austin will be that man. Better than what he was before. Better....stronger....faster. For a real trip down memory lane check out these TV opening credits! Seemed like it was only yesterday....Sony Trinitron TV, no remote, only channels 7, 9 and 13 were worth watching....just had dinner and it was time to settle in for 2-3 hours of prime-time TV! I hope the links work, but if they don't.....well, they are all in youtube....some of them are hilarious 70s action type acting...especially The Mod Squad hahaha! Found some real gems like The Champions, Barnaby Jones....and U.F.O !! Hope you enjoy them... cheers :-) 60'sWild, Wild Westhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XL9JtX-91w Mission Impossiblehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=72b0P1RHz0s The Mod Squad The Championshttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKkgMlMO7IM Voyage to the bottom of the seahttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k3_uS-bTQx4 The Time Tunnelhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3J7EQJVpdV0 Land of the Giantshttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9_9weSfasI Lost in Spacehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-hOJ4NI4dKo The Green Hornethttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U1Zm54tGCHo 70'sSix Million Dollar Man Mannixhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_25nZ4eHzY Barnaby Joneshttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=geS5ILbpNsA Soaphttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShqmLVd0tW8 Streets of San Franciscohttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-F0wlfmxKdU Hawaii Five-Ohttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5r0-z5ZtsaI Baretta The Rockford Fileshttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V5pYtG_jo3o Starsky & Hutchhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bnyUjnoICnI The Night Stalkerhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-JrWJb8kgg U.F.O.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8RfzkhqBLY Baa Baa Black Sheep Space 1999 Wacky Raceshttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tse7SA88eS0 80'sLA Lawhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mVhf9zZ5fJI St Elsewherehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WKBnR43-7cI The Equalizer Knots Landinghttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Zt8yNcEah0 Falcon Crest Quote Link to comment
