:* I am not sure if there is ms batibut. I doubt it. Our lwamakers are probably too drunk to legislate such a law.

 

Intoxication, as you very well know, is an alternative circumstance... may be mitigating or aggravating. Case to case ( or barrel to barrel ) basis.
